MCM Disposal

Despite giving INCREDIBLY detailed directions (full address, nearest cross streets, color of house, description of landscaping) and letting them know that people routinely go to the wrong house (We live at 123 Street SW, and people often go to 123 Street NW), and asking to please CALL to confirm they were at the right address before dropping the dumpster, they managed to deliver it to 123 Street NW. We called, they had no clue where the dumpster was, they couldn't give us a delivery window from the get go- they said it would be there "Sometime on Thursday". When we called at 4:30 as it had still not arrived they said we were next on their list. They called back 5 minutes later to say it had been delivered at 8:30 that morning. It took 4 phone calls to figure out it had arrived at the wrong address. We chose MCM as we had a coupon, and even without the coupon it was the cheapest option ($200 for a 1 week rental) that we had found. You get what you pay for, unfortunately.
