Scheduling was about 3 weeks out. Excellent communication...scheduler called a few days in advance. She gave me a time window of a few days because I ordered black wood chips that is not recommended installing on rainy day. Scheduling person called again on day of service before arrival. We have a steep hill in our back yard that would make traditional wood chip installation very difficult, tedious, and dangerous. They did a nice job installing per my request of 4-6 inches in depth. They used leaf blowers afterward to remove chips from unwanted areas of landscape stones & some plants. Very professional communications.

I was kind of disappointed because I didn't have over 15 yards of mulch this year so I have to go through another landscaper to get my wood ships. They did a pretty good job. The year that they were able to come and take care of my garden, they were really good.

Ordered 3 yards of top soil and 1 yard of garden compost (for raised bed gardens). The compost was placed in the truck so that it remained on top of the pile once the whole order was dumped, per my instructions. Driver took great care to make sure soil didn't get on lawn. As everyone knows it's much easier shoveling soil on concrete than it is trying to work it out of the grass. Delivery was on time and quality was very good. My gardens were extremely productive. I would highly recommend their garden compost.

There were there at the time they said they would be, the product was great. There was an error I made in the amount I needed based on their estimator they have on website and I ordered enough for several yards. When I called them to discuss they were very professional, concerned that I was lead astray by there website. They said that normally they don't allow returns but under the circumstances they would return to pick up what I didn't use and credit my account. They also apologized and corrected their website within the hour that I called. I would recommend them to everyone and will call them again for their services.

Went better than expected. I had measured the flower beds and estimated that I had needed 32 cubic yards of mulch. After seeing the cost of that much mulch I figured I'd do most of the flower beds, and leave out the largest one. That brought down the total to 12 yards. Brink's was nice enough to load the truck with 15 yards and would charge me according to how much that they used. While they were installing the mulch came to find out that they used far less than I had estimated. So they were able to cover the large flower bed in the back, and in the end the actual cost was lower than the estimate.
