Although the price estimate was higher than other local companies, I felt confident I was getting quality products and service for the money spent, along with an unmatched guarantee for the products used. The installers were professional, friendly, removed the old surround shower and installed the new walk in shower in one day. I was pleasantly surprised they cleaned up well after installation (including mopping my floors). The entire process was hassle free for me.

Theyâ ve been great. Got a barrier free shower for my father and itâ s a very nice unit. My only wish - and itâ s hindsight being 20/20- is that they really explain and have hands on models for all the features particularly when doing accessibility related installs. My dad didnâ t quite get the need for the water barrier gasket and we switched out the shower head because he found it too heavy. Our installers were amazing and Iâ m thankful we had the guys we had.

Very fast service. The shower looks amazing. Kept us updated with every step and was able to install a few weeks earlier than expected! While it did feel like we were pushed into buying the same day as quote was given in order to receive discounts, we are very happy with the end product.

Our installers were very nice, professional and answered all our extra questions. We has a couple minor issues but was handled well and at no extra charge. Their customer service has been excellent and open communication.

Make sure you know all that is supposed to be put in your addition. They didn't put something in our new shower so we had to have them come back. We were told we could make payments with our credit card but you are not allowed to.

Bathworks did a great job installing our new soaker tub and shower. We love that the crew asked us on our preferred placement of fixtures throughout the process and they were in and out within one day! The customer support team is there in case of any issues, although we did not have any. We love our upgraded tub and use it all the time! Would highly recommend Bathworks.

The installers were very informative and cleaned up everything when they were finished. I had one little glitch with the project. Had to wait for the shower door install for one week after the shower was done. But they kept me informed the whole time. The finished install is beautiful. Thanks to Justin and Cole. Great job!!! Love it!!!
