concrete repair
+ -1 moreWe were very impressed with the workers, and the president of the company, Steve. Unfortunately the staining didn't work for our situation and nobody knows why. But Steve and his team were extremely professional and understanding.
Description of Work: This company does concrete resurfacing. We hired them to stain the concrete in our basement. They sanded the cement floor, stained it, and applied an epoxy. For some reason that was not their fault, the epoxy did not set up properly. The company was faced with something that hadn't happened before, and came back with a number of solutions to solve the problem. They actually started over again, by sanding and prepping the surface to begin staining a second time. At this point we were offered our money back if we wanted to stop the project. We decided we would stop and not proceed. We got a full refund. We were so impressed by this company and how they handled this difficult and unusual situation that we would definitely refer them and give them an A+ rating for customer service!
