Lyons Well Drilling

Overall pretty happy, They were here on time and did a good job with the repair. They were courteous and professional. My biggest gripe. I wished they had planned a little better when they came out to replace my well pump. They did more damage to my yard then they needed to. I just assumed they would of offered. Next time Ill be more assertive. :)

They were here on time and did a good job replacing my well tank. The only issue I had was they did not clean up the water that leaked out of the old tank..Had a trail of water thru the basement and a couple of large muddy puddles.

Came and promptly fixed my problem.

Prompt, courteous, and professional. Price came in perfect. Would definitely recommend it! Percy and Ryan were great!

Excellent, honest service! Will refer to anyone that needs well work done. Had issues with our home holding water pressure when running multiple water sources in our home, Jamie was thorough to pinpoint the problem. I thought we needed the well pump changed but that wasn t it.. it was a lil corroded part that was inhibiting proper water flow! Instead of hundreds being charged it was only 125$! Very happy!

Their man was very friendly and helpful at educating us on a couple of basics that people often overlook. The only negative was that when I came out wearing my PPEs, and informed him that my 86 yr old Mom with several health conditions including pace-maker and aneurysm is isolating in the home, he quickly dismissed the idea of wearing any PPE, and blew right on by me to get at the job, with apparently no concern for the COVID-19 virus.

Both the gentleman in the office, and the one who replaced my pump, were professional & courteous. To be fair, those I contacted from two of their competitors seemed likewise. Price was a big advantage at Lyons, though. Less than half as expensive as one, and 50% less than the other. I would have been a little more comfortable, though, had they taken a little greater precaution, in response to the Corona virus. He did wear a mask when he entered the house, but I would have preferred he also did so while outside hovering over the open well. Also would have preferred that they disinfected the well after pump replacement. I called the gentleman in the office the next day, and he explained how to do it myself, which I did immediately.

These 2 wonderful gentlemen saved me tons of money, thank god for a very few who cared enough to help. there boss should give them a raise please?

The customer service was great. The work was quick. The workers were kind and answered any questions that were asked. The price was right there with 2 other quotes. But for the price, I paid for the service. I would of expected a little better clean up of the yard, even with the estimate stating there not responsible for the yard. They left mounds of mud and dirt mixed with a lot of concrete. They had a mini backhoe with a blade on it. Ten minutes of there time to level the ground with their machinery could have saved me about 8 hours of back-breaking work. I mean I paid them just under 6k. That ten minutes of pulling a few levers I don t think would have broken them. Other than that they did good work.

They were prompt and very professional. They did their best to remove a stuck pump but it was not meant to come out. The new well was drilled and pumping water 2 days later with care taken not leave the lawn in a mess. I would recommend them to family and friends.

This was a complicated job with special requirements. Lyons knew what they were doing, were easy to work with, got the job done quickly, and made sure that I was satisfied.

I had low water pressure and everyone else thought I needed a new well without coming out. I was very pleased that Percy was able to diagnose the problem and ended up replacing the switch and pressure gauge. He also added air to the bladder tank. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
