Was checking on prices on an item I was interested in buying. Ended up not getting it at the time. Will be coming back if I need to buy anything there though, since the pricing and service seem to be competitive. They also actually have sales and not 'rebates', which never seem to get sent. Am seriously considering getting bigger ticket items like flooring there.

Our yard slopes downward quite a bit, so leveling was a challenge, but they did a great job. The fencing contractors were on time and got the job done efficiently and well. They did hit one sprinkler line, but they fixed it and it wasn't a big deal. The gate that we ordered was dented but they knew that we really need the fencing up for our dogs (Greyhound and Ibizan Hound), so they suggested putting it up, ordering a new gate, and coming back out to replace when it's in, in about 2 weeks time. We are fine with that. They didn't have us sign off on anything yet - that will be done when new gate comes and is installed. I've had nothing but great experiences with Lowe's up to this point and doubt that will change. I highly recommend them! We shopped around on pricing and everything prior to placing our order with Lowe's, but we always end up coming back to them. I know that if something isn't right, they will make it right ASAP. It was fine. The windows work better than the first ones. They are wood Pella windows.

I am happy with the job that they did. It wasn't perfect, but it was good. I had an overall satisfactory experience.

Initial: Was looking at several stores for appliances and went to Lowes for any clearance items. I went on several occasions and talked to clerk about the refrigerator that was missing a door handle. I waited on it for a couple of weeks while still shopping around. Lowes had a special sale and refrigerator went down $100 ($900 for a $2400 refrigerator) and I forgot my moving coupon, but clerk was more than eager to help me while also assisting me with purchasing the other two appliances. Clerk was extremely patient and helpful during the hole process. Delivery: On-time... actually I believe a little early, driver and helper were very helpful with installation of stove and refrigerator... wouldn't you know it... refrigerator was 3/4 inch too big and had difficulty installing. Again the employees were patient and assisting in a quick home improvement project so that I could get refrigerator to fit. I definitely recommend Lowes for buying appliances... look at their clearance section for some awesome deals.

All went well. Our Salesman was on time for his estimate appointment and was fully prepared to show us and explain about roof systems. He took a few minutes but completed our estimate while we waited. After we agreed on the price (he was our 3rd estimate) he set our schedule and that schedule was followed. He twice came out during the install to make sure we were satisfied, happy customers.

They did really well. I had an issue after the first installation. A manager came quickly within the week to fix the problem and get me a new drawer. And it's been great ever since.
