Kopec Plumbing & Heating

They are great. He is the only person I use for plumbing and heating. He is good that I trust, that when I'm out of town, if my neighbors find that there's any kind of emergency, they can call him and he will come to my house and take care of things. He is a person that, in all the years that I've been using him, he has never had to go back to a shop or something to get a part. He always has what he needs in his truck. He comes in the door and he goes to work and he finishes and he cleans up and he leaves. I've had other companies a long time ago where they don't have the part to do the furnace and they have to go back to their building and they have to come back and I have never had that anytime he has been here. I have told him what my problem is and when he's been here, he has never had to leave the house. He goes right down the basement and takes care of everything and I don't have to have him come back. He doesn't scratch out his time being here so that he can get paid more by the hour because they charge you so much just to come. He is really good. I had a neighbor tell me about him and she had used him for years. When he says he's coming, he comes which is unusual now.

Fast, Friendly, Professional service. Complete install only took about 5 Hours. Cleaned up afterwards. New unit is a huge improvement over my old one that was starting to give me problems. New unit is much more efficient and the air conditioning system runs half the time of the old unit and does a much better job of keeping my home cooler.

I have used Kopec for bathroom remodeling, sump pump replacement, also faucet repairs and replacement. The last time I used Kopec, I had two drains which commercial products would not unclog. I looked under the sinks and the pipes were sealed to avoid leaks. For me to replace the pipes would have been an all day job with one or more trips to the hardware store. So who do I call? Kopec! Tom came out the next day and explained a new trick to me, which I was never aware of. Tom used a simple toilet plunger to unplug the sinks after removing the sink stopper. Tom then proceeded to unplug the sinks and charged me $40 for the service call, and also the training.

They were very good. They were timely, got right back with me on my calls, showed up on time and got it taken care of. It's working great.

I called Kopec Plumbing when my sump pump quit and 1 1/2 hour later Tom Kopec was at my resident with a new pump. It took him 20 minutes to do the work.

These guys can do no wrong. Clear concise communications, spot-on quotes. They've done work for me several times, including installing a new furnace and central air. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

I went very well. Tom is fast and efficient.

DO call KOPEC first, DON'T call someone else ;-)

The experience with Kopec Plumbing and Heating was great. He had everything he needed to take care of the problem fast and it was less money than the other people quoted me.

I found Tom Kopec's number in the advertising section of my church's bulletin. I was pleased to find him listed here already on Angie's list. I placed a call and he was out the next day to give me an estimate. He was very pleasant, professional, and quoted me an excellent price. He was able to return in 2 days time and began work. They were very quick, tidy, and knowledgeable of old houses like mine. They would've finished in one day only I had bought the wrong size vanity! He offered to come out on the holiday weekend to finish up! Now that's service! Can I just say It looks amazing! I am very happy with their work. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat. In fact, I think I will when I get around to the upstairs bathroom!

I would give them A's across the board. I went with them because the gentleman who did our home inspection recommended them due to my chemical sensitivity. I would use them again.

He knows what he is doing. He has great skills. I think that is true for all of his employees. He is very friendly. They know how to translate my problem into a practical solution.

I came home from work to a dead furnace. I called Tom, and within an hour my furnace was running. He asked me a few questions over the phone, and had exactly what he needed when he came. Quick, professional and reasonable rates. I would definitely recommend his services.

They were fast, on time, motor was kind of pricey should of call around, but I would recommend them out.

Excluding labor and other misc parts, I estimate the markup for the 2 piece toilet and seat was only 8% over our neighborhood Lowes hardware store. Job was extremely professional and fast. One employee removed old toilet, installed new toilet, wisper close seat,wax ring and applied silcone sealer. Service was performed in less than 45 minutes.

The job went excellent! Tom and his crew performed all the work beyond expectations , with no problems. The well pump could not adjust the pressure as it was too wore out and Tom referred me to C*** well drilling that could install a new well pump at a reasonable price. Tom is a hard worker and a pleasure to do business with.

He was wonderful. I haven't made any decision yet whether I have to go with it or not. He was very professional. He certainly knows plumbing and that's what I had him for. He is very knowledgeable as he is being doing it for long time. He has excellent reputation. The price that he quoted was probably less than other people but I think the price was more than what I expected.

Our central air conditioner quit working and we expected a huge replacement bill. Our home air conditioner was 15 years old. After checking out the unit, they explained that it was an inexpensive electrical part. Replaced it and was gone in less than an hour. The service was professional and I would certainly use this company again. I have used this company in the past and have had a good expierience every time. You may have to wait for them to get to you, its a very small company, but I think it's worth it.

I love this man. I would adopt him if I could. This man knows his stuff and is 100 percent on time. If you have a problem he calls you within one half hour, not eight hours later, but one half hour. He can answer any technical questions you have and give you an answer back. He doesn't have to look in the book. He knows codes and is a walking encyclopedia. He is a good human being too, on top of that. I will use him again in the future. This guy is great.

I was completely satisfied with the job. Tom was friendly and personable and I felt comfortable having him in my home. He left the bathroom as clean as it was when he started.
