Tom Kopec is superb. He is an absolute wonderful man. I can't say enough about him. He is plumbing, heating and air conditioning. I had a pipe break literally break in half on a holiday and he came and fixed it and charged me $75. When I worked in this field I referred everyone to him because he is reasonable. He is honest. Above everyone else, he is honest and superb. He knows his field. My old system was 28 years old. I got a new system. I have the utmost faith in Tom. I recommend him highly. His billing is quite reasonable. He is always on time or 5 minutes early. He always calls if he has a problem. He is old generation service in a young age. He blows out your system and checks your gas pressure and not eveyone does that. He knows his stuff and utilizes it. I can't say enough about him. Ye calls me "yes Ma'am" and I call him Tom. I feel he is like family! He gets in and does the work and he is out. He is speed and accuracy.

I tried to find the source of my water leaks, but called Tom of Kopec Plumbing due to the good service we have gotten from him in the past when I couldn't trace the problem. He arrived as scheduled, found the problems under the kitchen sink and suggested I get a new faucet which he would install. The next day, he called to say he'd be a bit late but let me know more than an hour in advance of the appointment time. He completed the repairs with the faucet I had purchased and repaired the leaks he had found. In addition, he "snaked" out the bathroom sink drain as it was slow. Tom recommended a later repair to address the drain issue as it was a recurring problem in this old house we have. I do plan on have his suggested repair done later this year or early next year. Tom was prompt, courteous, and cleaned up behind himself. My wife and I will continue to use Kopec Plumbing for our plumbing issues!

I give them a 10 plus rating. They came right away. They are always very neat and clean and always do the work that they promise me. They charge a fair rate.

I called and left a message with my name and number, a representative called me at the end of the business day, we set up a date for him to come, he did come an hour later than he stated, but, he did a great job and gave me some good advice about some questions I had about water heaters (a future project). He was very personable. I now have a much quieter water pump and more water pressure than I've ever had.
