Integrated flooring

First of all, I have to say how hard it was to find anyone to do this job. Cleaning services felt it is too big of a job and janitorial services felt it was too small. I found Jeffery through a series of references. I had left a message on Friday and he contacted me on Tuesday. He was able to give me a quote on the phone with the square footage given, as well as the items that he would have to move. (Stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer. Both stove and dryer are gas.). He was able to come out on Saturday to do the job. He showed up on time and called when he got here to make sure I was ready for him to start. I had taken up the chairs and smaller items, pet bowls, potato bin, etc.. He did the rest. He worked steadily and was careful to not get stripper and finish on the adjacent flooring. Previously I had used sealer and several coats of finish, but was told floors will yellow after time doing it that way. He used three coats of commercial grade wax that dries to a hard finish within 24 hours. He states should be good for two to three years, residential. The floor looks better than it ever has and the process was completed in one day. There are no streaks, smears, bubbles, pet hair, etc... Beautiful!!! I would definitely hire him again and gladly refer him to anyone. When I asked about his service area, he stated lower michigan.
