I would give them an “A” all across the board and would use their services again in the future.
Description of Work: We used the services of Dust Busters. They came out and cleaned all of our furnace ducts. We clean our furnace ducts every two years. I do not remember how much we paid for their last service.

Crew was on time and got right to work. I was amazed at the amount of dust and dirt they pulled out of the duct work. Senior discount was great. They no longer had the camera equipment they advertised to show me the duct work before and after cleaning.

I had the work performed by a different company that had a dust remover system van that didn't get the job done. These guys have a truck mounted air powered duct cleaning system and it really gets the job done. They even commented on the workmanship from the previous company they stated that they drove to many holes in the duct work then needed. They do not use the furnace fan to help clean the ducts. They were courteous, professional and get the job done. They show the results with the video camera inspection. I would highly recommend having this kind of work done every few years for your health.
