Description of Work: Contractor demanded 70% down to cover cost of materials with verbal agreement to start roofing project within 21 days. Contractor held down payment hostage for over 3 months with little to no communication. Had to go through Better Business Bureau AND Small Claims court in order to get refund of down payment. Work was never performed. Scam and rip off
