We arrived at our weekend home late on a Friday evening to find 6" of water in the basement. I called Mr. Rohl and he came by the following day and spent 3-4 hours working to clear the drain line and locate the source of the problem, which appeared likely to involve the Village. Afterward, he consulted with Village authorities to learn more about the problem and to ascertain what, if any, assistance the Village might offer. He continues to help me work towards an aceptable and affordable permanent solution to the problem. I have had several years' experience with Mr. Rohl and his work. My experience and his work have been uniformly excellent. A couple of years ago he a perfomed major maintenance project on my father's home preparatory to its sale. He also repaired significant storm damage to our lake cottage, performing all work from dealing with the insurance company and local municipal authorities to the satisfactory completion of the repairs. Last year he oversaw a total renovation of our weekend home, in connection with which he and his company performed most of the work. He is always available to help me with construction and maintenance issues and advice. I give him the highest possible personal and professional recommendation. He is an honest man who is fair, pleasant to work with, extremely knowledgeable, versatile and competent, cost conscious, prompt, attentive to detail and a good and creative problem solver. His work is consistently excellent and his prices are reasonable. Where specialized services which he and his company do not provide are required, he is able to recommend other competent professionals of the same caliber. I would not consider using another contractor to perform work on my property.
