+ -1 moreWhen Blake came out and saw the problem he defined his solution but before he started the project he called to say he thought about it and had a better solution for the same cost. That’s what impressed me most. 3 other contractors refused to even quote on the project because in their words it was too complicated. Blake actually applied his knowledge and experience and solved my problem and at a reasonable cost.
