They warned us they were very busy when we booked with them in September, however they did delay the start date by 3-4 weeks. I have absolutely NO complaints...the work was done very professionally and quickly and the crew went above and beyond (as did the owner and his son). If I had one MINOR complaint - it was the delay in start time..which was totally acceptable, but would have been better if they had just called and kept us in the loop instead of me having to call them. Made us a little anxious at first as we had put 30% down to start. However - there were no problems. When they were able to start the job, they had it done in three days . There was a full crew here from morning to dusk everyday. They thoroughly cleaned up (even taking the time to SWEEP my deck. They tarped everything from the roof to the ground...protected my windows...and made a special effort to clean up any/everything around my toddler son's sandbox and play area. The crew was polite and worked hard everyday. I never noticed anyone laying around not working. When they had to come inside to adjust the new skylights...they took off their shoes each time and took care to bring in sheets INSIDE so they didn't make a mess there either. I can't say enough nice things about the crew and the work. So very impressed. If we need anything in this line of work - we will be back....and hopefully in the next five years or so..a big addition. They are the top of our list.

They gave the quote for the roofing and did an estimate, and they said that they were going to do an upgrade, but they made it sound like they were doing it for nothing and then I found out that the insurance would only be paying half, so like who is going to be paying the other two thousand dollars or whatever it is. There were like four different guys who came out so far and they said that they were going to do an upgrade, but they didn't tell me that the difference between the insurance company and what I was paying, had to come out of my pocket. The guy who came out did not seem high pressured, but he did seem like he was in a bit of a hurry and he didn't really explain the break down for how much would be charged for what, like for the roof, siding and windows, so he didn't itemize it and he just bundled it all together and gave me the bottom line. Their quote was less than the quotes that I got from the other companies.

Started earlier in morning worked non-stop entire day to complete job, they had to replace all the roof decking which turned out to be more than price quoted for additional sheeting. They honored the original quote no questions. Very pleased with overall experience

I HIGHLY recommend Napier's to anyone considering a roofing project! They took extreme care of flowers, shrubs, and new landscaping. They also came to the project with a large crew so it could be completed quickly without sacrificing quality. Every piece of scrap was carted away and the area surrounding the house was thoroughly inspected to make sure no nails or debris were left behind. Other than the beautiful new roof, you'd never know they were there. We love our new roof and we've received a lot of compliments from the neighbors, too. Anyone would benefit by hiring Napier's. Give the owner, Dan, a call; he'll take care of you.

I called another roofing comany from Angies list and am scheduled to meet him next week.

Wonderful experience from start to finish with Napiers. The estimate was extremely reasonable (About half of the other two A+ companies I called). Mr. Napier seemed to be fair, honest and trustworthy. The work crew was professional and courteous, the roof was torn off, replaced and completely clean up in one day. I'm very pleased with my new roof ....it looks awesome. My house is smiling.

I called this contractor for an estimate on a new roof on a 4-unit condo building. I selected Napier's because they were local and had very good reports on Angie's List. The owner, Dan (or Don?), came out on time and did a visual inspection of the roof and answered some of my questions, saying he would send us a quote after making a and quot;few phone calls.and quot; We did not receive the estimate, so I called him about 10 days later. Dan answered the phone, and told me he and quot;thoughtand quot; his secretary had already sent it out, but if not, he would see that it went out the next day. That was over 2 weeks ago and NO estimate still. It is unprofessional for a contractor not to inform a potential customer that he has decided he's NOT interested in your job; I fault Napier's for stringing us along and not having the good business sense to admit that, for whatever reason(s), the owner had decided he was not interested in our roofing job.

I hired Napier to install a new roof. They are a family run business and are very professional and courteous. They were punctual when they came out to first give me an estimate and again when they said what time they would be there to do the roof. They had one of the best prices from the other 4 companies that gave me estimates. While they were working on the roof they had damaged a piece of cement in the driveway that I probably wouldn't have noticed. The owner immediately got me and showed me what happened. He offered to replace that block of cement or he offered to give me cash and I could get it fixed. Instead we worked out an arrangement for other outdoor repairs - all of which were completed the same day the roof was installed. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I highly recommend them and and will definitely use them again.

Arrived with a large crew, ladders and electric generators and air compressors before day break. Stripped old roofing and flashings. Repaired 60 year old roof decking. Worked without breaks that I observed. Completed work and cleanup by late afternoon. They protected the landscaping very well. I inspected the flashings and caulk before winter and found no problems and no leaks have occurred through the winter snows and spring rains. I made the mistake of driving through the parking lot while they were working and a week later found I had a nail in a tire on my car!

Job was scheduled on a safe weather day. Work was started at daybreak and finished by mid afternoon. They came with generators, air compressors and ladders to work safely and independantly of staff assistance. The leader reviewed the job requirements at the start and provided 15 energetic workers. Cleanup was thouough. The only results less than perfect was the calking on the flashings could have been done smoother.

I was very pleased with them. They brought along a large crew and lots of equipment. They did the job quickly. When they were done, they cleaned up everything; I couldn’t even tell they had been there. They did high-quality work. They had to replace a lot of boards on the roof. I also had insulation put in. I think I spent about $6600 for the job. I will use them again in the future.

I received several estimates for a roof. Mr. Napier gave us an estimate in October. We settled on a color and style, but I changed the color later. Our street was scheduled to be repaved. Because of these things Mr. Napier had to reschedule the work to be done later in the season. He was honest, patient and professional and cleaned up the jobsite. I would hire Napier's Home Improvement again and recommend to others.

It only took them about 5 hours to get the job done; they showed up first thing in the morning and got to work. They were on time and very professional.

They did a very good job. They did it all in one day. The owner came out and made sure it looked okay. They had a foreman out here all day. They gave me one of the best prices.

THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY WERE HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL AND DID THEIR JOB EXTREMELY WELL. THEY HAVE ONE OF THE NICEST CREWS THAT WE HAVE EVER HAD THE PLEASURE OF WORKING WITH.

THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB. I AM HAPPY WITH MY GUTTERS. THEY HAVE A COVER ON THEM TOO. THE PRICE WAS AFFORDABLE. MY GARAGE GUTTERS WERE ADDED TO THE PRICE AS WELL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
