I called for an estimate for our Rental Home. He came out within a few days of calling for an estimate. His price was one of the lower ones that I received. In the end, we decided to wait until spring to do the roof. Very professional and personable.

I own a 102 year old historic home that required a new roof. The roofline had many different elevations. I got many prices from all of the standard roofers but Napiers came up with the best suggestions and prices. They arrived on time as scheduled. The crew was hard working respectful and courteous. They job took three days and they finished on time as promised. The cleanup and care that they showed to my property was fantastic. Dan Napier, the owner was prompt, knowledable and as honest as they come. I would recommend this company to anyone who cares about their property and getting the best job and price.

Mr Napier replaced the roof on my Pastor's house and garage and repaired the roof on our church and steeple. He performed the work at no charge because our church is small. His work crew was polite and efficient and left the work site clean. They removed all the debris. The job was done quickly and was a blessing to our church.

I called Napier's after discovering a number of leak spots on my ceiling. Dan Napier came out and determined that the roof looks fine ... just need a few isolated repairs (individual shingles, nail holes, etc). No need for a new roof. He recommended Plymouth Roof Repair Service for what my roof needs. He was so nice and trustworthy. When my roof does give out on a bigger scale, I will definitely call Napier's. Highly recommended!!!

It went well. They did what they were supposed to do in a timely fashion. They repaced gutters.

Came out quickly for the estimate and came out to do the job soon after deciding to move forward after receiving my estimate. All the workers were polite and did a great job. They cleaned everything up well. I'd hire them for my next job in a heartbeat.

This company was great! They began early and finished the same day. All my landscaping was protected and unharmed. They were meticulous with clean up. Mr. Napier supervised and checked on his workers frequently. This year (2014), with the heavy rain, I had a leak that I thought was coming from a peak on the roof. Someone came out within hours of my call and inspected the roof. The leak was found and it was not the roof. This is one of the best professional companies I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with and have recommended to others.

He could have told me I needed a new roof, but he didn't. He anticipates roof will last 2 to 4 years. I will have it inspected again in two years. His employee came and replaced missing shingle, repaired nail pop-ups etc they were efficient and professional I wouldhire again

Wonderful....the crew arrived at 8 am and were done by 130pm.. Clean up was great.... Workers were all very friendly and respectful of the property.. Would recommend this company 100%..

This company stands behind their work. A few shingles had blown off and I needed them repaired. Their company had done the work about 10 years ago. They sent someone out the very next day and they had the shingles back on in a few minutes. On top of the that, the day was wet and rainy. Dave (the guy from Napiers) went up there and reattached the shingles without hesitation. Now that is great customer service. I would not hesitate to use them in the future for any home improvement job and you should not either. Finding a company that sticks behind their work is hard now a days but this company knows the meaning of word of mouth and customer service.

Mr. Napier came out and was very professional. He inspected roof and listened to our concerns. He did find another problem that we were not aware of. He was very professional. We had had the previous roof put on by another company. He did show us the problems and gave us info on how to contact the original company to do the repairs. When we contacted original company they would fix the repairs but at a significant higher cost and, according to Mr. Napier, most of the work should have been under warranty. He did not say anything bad about the company that did the original work, but did give us a fair estimate. Although we did not have the work completed by Napier Roofing, we do know others who were highly satisfied with their work. I would recommend them and even use them in the future.

HIS TEAM DID A MILLION AND ONE THINGS TO HELP ME THAT DAY WITH MANY THINGS WHICH I HAD NOT EVEN CONTRACTED WITH THEM TO DO. THE WORD and quot;GRATITUDEand quot; DOESN'T BEGIN TO EXPRESS WHAT I FEEL TOWARDS THEM. They are all professional, did a great clean up, no vulgar language. Even when I first called the home to make an appointment the son who took the phone call was such a fine gentleman, and knowledgeable about the roofing service. I would never use any one else. My two daughters had already used them and highly recommended them. The neighbor across that street used them too and wanted the same color I used them. They were much cheaper than any other estimate I had received.

I am a single woman who was afraid that I would be taken advantage of as I tried to shop for the best deal and the most qualified work that I could afford. After receiving several estimates ranging from the more popular roofing companies to some of the other smaller roofing companies providing by Angie's List, I decided on Napier's Roofing Company. I was informed by some of the other roofing companies, that I may have to have some of my roofing boards replaced and I was quoted a price for each board. I was also informed that total board replacement would be an additional price increase of $1500-$2,500. Which now puts me in the price range of $8,000 - $10,000. A co-worker recommended, Napier Roofing. I called and scheduled an appointment, the owner came to my house the very next day. I shared with him my dilemma of needing to replace all the boards. Napier's Roofing provided me a price quote that was only a few hundred dollars outside of my budget. I hired them on the spot. A crew of about them men arrived the next day, on time and began working. They worked nonstop for about 7 hours, they even crafted new molding/awnings to replace the old awnings that had been damaged as they removed the old boards. I was so impressed with this company and my roof looks great. All of my neighbors have complimented my home. I highly recommend Napier's Roofing.

Very smooth, they had a huge crew knock out the job in the afternoon, City inspector showed up and commented on how nice of a job they did, very clean and beautiful looking roof.

After calling for an estimate to replace the shingles and rotted roof boards, the owner told me it would cost approx. $300 to $325. He told me that he would write up the quote and deliver it in a few days. When he came to deliver the quote he asked me if I would be willing for him to put a sign in my front lawn advertising his company in exchange for a free roof repair. He said that I lived on a busy street and it would be good advertising for his company. I agreed and after a couple of weeks, which we agreed on, a couple of workers showed up and completed the job. They were very courteous and in no time had the job and clean up done. I couldn't have been happier with the work and professionalism his crew showed. Even though the price was right on my shed roof, after examining the job with great satisfaction, I would definitely consider them to reroof my home.

Had an inside miter replaced by Chucks roofing due to it leaking. After the repair the gutter still leaked and I tried to get Chucks roofing back to fix it, however got no response but lies. Called Napiers to fix the problem, which they did. Now get this, after explaining what happened, Napiers sent a crew out to repair it at no cost. I understand the reasoning behind it. Good customer relations leads to future work. But to come out a repair some other companies work I'd say is going the extra mile, keep in mind at no charge. I'm not saying Napiers does this regularly because I haven't a clue but in my case they did me a great favor and job.

I had several estimates for these much needed repairs on my home and garage and decided to go with Napier's. Mr. Napier was absolutely wonderful! Once I advised him that I had chosen him to do my repairs, Mr. Napier came out to my home with roof samples and a list of customers. My son and I drove around the area to look at the different colors of roofing. I made my decision and let Mr. Napier know. His crew was out within a couple of days and my roof is absolutely beautiful! The employees were very professional, worked well together and made sure they cleaned up the yard before they left. Next came the siding crew about a week later. It took them a few days to do the vinyl siding, and during that time I had to go to the emergency room and spend the night in the hospital. No worries about the house, though. The foreman assured me that everything would get done and get done properly. And it did. I came home to a beautiful, newly vinyl-sided home! Then came the crew to do the gutters and downspouts. Again, a great team. Each crew was very efficient, and did a wonderful job. They also did a thorough job of cleaning up after themselves and removing the debris. I am very, very pleased with Napiers and would definitely recommend them to others!

Many years ago, we hired Mr. Napier Sr. and his crew to put a new roof on our house. They did an excellent job back then, the materials and workmanship exceeded our expectations. Naturally, when we needed another new roof, we called Napier Home Improvement again. Mr. Napier Sr.'s son came out the second time around and gave us a quote and answered all of our questions. Like his father before him, he was very accommodating and very, very nice to deal with. We ordered the roof and the job was completed the very next day! The original Mr. Napier's grandson was in charge of the roofing crew and he was every bit as nice and professional as his dad and grandfather. I guess treating customers well must run in the family. My husband, an engineer, went up on the roof and inspected it after the job was completed. He gave it two thumbs up and thought that they (once again) did an excellent job for us. We could not be happier with Napier Home Improvement.

We chose him to do the job. He was very good. I felt that he was more honest.

Napiers Home Improvement was excellent. They did the work, they were on time. They cleaned up all their mess. When we had another leaking problem a year later they worked on our roof for two days tarring and fixing the area real good then they had plaster repair people come in to fix the ceiling. They didn't charge us anything.
