Bob's Custom Heating

My husband called them to look at our humidifier, which was not told to the jerk that came out here, because we had water on the floor by the furnace. When he got here I asked if he was the one who installed our humidifier and he said he was out 5 or 6 years ago. When he was here as he stated 5 or 6 years ago to do the humidifier, he told me THEN my furnace was on a recall and that I needed a new furnace. He came to our house AGAIN because we thought he installed our humidifier and that there was a problem with the installation. He never checked out the humidifier because he said his wife just told him we needed service to our furnace, WHICH WAS NOT WHY WE CALLED!!! BUT, went on again with the same story that our furnace was on a recall and we definitely needed a new one. While he was looking at our furnace he found that the condensation pipe was completely blocked, which was why we had the water. He did nothing but pour bleach down the pipe and tell me he would call me the next morning with the estimate for the new furnace. He then tried to write up a bill for $110, I said what was the charge for because all I wanted him to do was look at the humidifier, and told him we used someone else for the furnace. That's when things got bad, he yelled at me and he put his finger in my face. I told him to quit yelling and not to put his finger in my face. He thought I was the only one home but luckily my daughter was here what he was going. I told him he had to leave, then started yelling at me again for in his words, trying to get something for nothing. I told him the it was a misunderstanding and that since he did come out I would give him $50 so he would leave. As I was writing the check, he started yelling again about who we used to fix our furnace, I gave him the check and told him to get out of my house. I did not belong to Angie's List but checked to see he was on here and had to join just to warn other people about him!!! My daughter and my husband heard all this, I had managed to call my husband and put it on speaker phone. .
