The price was good because the other estimates were $4000 after they were here for two minutes. RemTek was here for a half hour, walked around on the roof, looked around, spent a lot of time talking to me and explaining everything to me that was going to go on. They were thorough and the price was lower than I expected. They called to double-check as they were the ones that actually helped me to get the contractor for the ceiling, because they had to take the ceiling down to do the remediation. They were concerned about health, as well as getting everything done because they wanted to make sure I was OK. They just care, are concerned and give quality.
