Riverview, FL 05832 8/26/2019 I scheduled an estimate for wallpaper for a clients home. The appointment was set on all ends. I received a call 1.5 hours before the scheduled appointment only to be told by the contractor that they will not provide an estimate due to the size of the wall. As they only do large installs. I selected this company based off of the online reviews. Such a complete waste of time and highly inconvenient. In scheduling an appointment, the call center should be well versed in the requirements of their contractors to avoid mishaps such as this. David R. Northville, MI 0919 4/1/2022 20 photos Don't have them paint a deck. The last time my deck was painted it lasted over 5 years. I had them paint it last year it started peeling off 2 months later and by 8 months it looked bad. It's not covered under any warranty what so ever. They won't offer any solutions or work with you in any way shape or form. You will have wasted your money. Not sure why they would even attempt to take on a deck painting project if they knew it had such a high chance of failure. I've worked with dozens of contractors over the years and have completely renovated three homes... these guys do not rank high on my list. I had another local painter come out today and they told me they did not know what they were doing and used the wrong product to paint my deck.

Chris arrived on time to give quote was very professional. Quality of work was professional & on time.

I had contacted 3 other painting contractors to get estimates. Only 2 replied. The first never contacted me back, the second company gave me an estimate but did not respond after. Five Star was our first choice and responded, gave details on work to be completed, and delivered timely.
