Rob gives a written estimate which is reasonable, calls ahead during the week he plans to do the work, shows up when he says he will, does QUALITY work, and finishes the work quickly. He's a pro at making older decks look brand new. His window washing is fantastic! He is thorough and fast. We were not pleased with the services of the other professional who power washed the deck. The company was not professional and inconsistent in showing up. This company had done work before for us, but has become one not to be trusted. Check all Angie's List reviews for window cleaners in the Brighton, MI area. Our negative review is posted. We decided not to have that provider stain the deck or clean the windows after the power washing. Professional Services is on my list to call back for both painting and window washing. It would be very difficult to match Rob's dedication, excellent work, and professionalism. Rob receives good reviews on all sites.
Description of Work: Rob answered his phone immediately when called and came over quickly after being called to give us an estimate on deck staining and window washing. We hired him on the spot. Within a week of the estimate, he called and told us what days he would be performing the services. He came on the scheduled days at the scheduled times. He put screws in and sanded the wood on the deck where needed. He stained the deck in one day. On the next day, he came back to wash the windows. He did not power wash our deck because he had another provider do that work beforehand.
