Description of Work: Purchased a Vispring mattress set from the Birmingham Michigan store. Lousy and rude delivery service. They don't follow up on calling you back as stated, claimed they would make thinks right, still waiting. Purchased this expensive set in January and I'm still dealing with US-Mattress six months later.

Description of Work: order #CO195298 I have just had the WORST customer service I have ever had with a Mattress USA cutomer service agent who would not give her name. On 2/28/11 I ordered a sheet SET item #MATOUK CLASSIC CHAIN 300 on line. It was advertised as on sale. I first spoke with Theresa on 2 March at 1600 after I received a voice mail asking if I wanted a flat or fitted sheet. I explained over and over that I wanted a sheet SET including 1 flat, 1 fitted, and 2 pillow cases. This conversation went on for 45 minutes. Today I received just the flat sheet. I called back and spoke to an extremely rude person who did not give her name who said I lied and agreed to pay for just the flat sheet. I do not like being called a liar and I do not like the way I was treated. I would like a full refund including all shipping cost and any restocking fees. I can provide the original invoice if required.
