From the very first meeting with sales and planning, the project moved forward in an organized and timely fashion. Every staff member from sales, installation crew, technical staff and office contact person were friendly and very helpful. They helped to educate me about the project and kept me informed every step of the way. With their guidance I didn't feel that I needed to figure out anything on my own from planning with local zoning officials, to inspections, to contact with DTE (our electrical supplier). It's been a great experience.
