T & R Inspection

As a Realtor, I have referred my buyers a number of times to T & R Inspection but have not had the need to use them personally, until recently. We had been renting a home that we had intended on purchasing but I still wanted to have a home inspection and the only guys I trust are T & R Inspection. I am so glad I called them out because they found so many problems with the house that I had no idea about! Thankfully, with their report, we were saved from making a huge mistake and did not go through with purchasing the house. As we began to househunt, there wasn't a doubt in my mind that T & R would be first on my list of people to call as soon as we had an accepted offer. And once again, they did not disappoint! We found our dream home and with the home inspection report from T & R, we were able to negotiate some much needed repairs that the current homeowners weren't even aware of! If we had used another home inspection company, who knows what kind of surprises we might have had after moving in. I will gladly continue to refer my clients, friends, and family to T & R Inspection!

T&R was professional and very thorough through the entire inspection. Everything was explained to me in a way I could understand, and I appreciated their patience. I was so relieved that they talked me through the process and were incredibly knowledgeable on everything, they taught me a lot. It went better than I could ever expected, could not of been happier with their service and would highly recommend them.

I reported their findings to my roofing company, resulting in a brand new roof at no charge by the roofing company. If it wasn't for T & R Inspection, I would have never known it was the shingles causing the roof leaks. They saved me thousands!
