+ -1 moreI went into the store and received fast help. Jordan Arnold said he needed some time to research what was wrong with my phone. I came back an hour later and he knew what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. Noah Smith came into the picture at this time and explained more to me. My problems were being fixed and I was able to go on my way.
Description of Work: My cell phone was having many issues that I could not resolve. Noah Smith and Jordan Arnold both came to my rescue! They told me what needed to be done and took care of everything. I will continue to go to this Sprint store and highly recommend both Noah and Jordan.
