It was wonderful. The installers work for Pure Energy and are not sub-contractors which I like. They were very professional, but were friendly at the same time. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. My house was built in 1956 and had the original windows, with storm windows you had to put in and take out. I had a new furnace but when it got cold out it could not keep up with the heat loss, so it was always cold in the house. Not anymore. I love my new windows.

I opted for the triple glass units and it incredible the difference they have made to noise reduction and energy savings for the house. We did consider other company's, but no one came close to the capabilities of first energy - first class service - highly recommended.

Everything went perfect. They were very punctual when they arrived and they kept our home clean during the installation. One of our leaded glass windows was broken during the process, however, the contractor took care of the problem 100% by talking to our leaded glass window designer in Tennessee and had a new leaded glass window ordered and paid for before they even complteted our job.

They arrived on time @ 8:00 a.m.!! Very professional,neat and tidy,putting drop clothes down,removing the old and installing the new.Very informative and curteous!! When it was discovered that a lock was missing for the door wall they apologized and said that someone would be back the next day and he did!! Love the Windows,house is so quiet and warmer!!
