My wife and I purchased 21 windows from Pure Energy. From the initial sales contact through the installation, we were impressed with the knowledge, expertise, courtesy and efficiency of everyone in the company. The overall experience was very positive. The owner described each step of the process, and all commitments were met. The windows were even installed earlier than we expected. Having replaced windows purchased from other firms in two other properties, we are extremely impressed with the quality of the product. You can put your hand on one of the windows on the coldest day, and barely feel any difference in temperature. That was never the case in our previous replacements. Overall, we highly recommend Pure Energy.

The window quality is excellent. The installation crew was efficient and professional. The inconvenience to us was minimal and their clean-up was well done. The work was done on a February day when the wind-chill was below zero but they finished on schedule. We love the windows, there was an immediate noticeable reduction in the draftiness in the rooms. I recommend them.

Once the windows were manufactured and ready for installation a date was set for around 8:00 AM Tuesday 2/14/2017. The men were her at 8:15 AM and went right to work setting tarps and double checking the measurements of each window. The windows were placed near the area that each was to replace. There were three men. Each seemed to have specific responsibilities and they carried them out like clockwork. They were all personable and yet very professional. They finished installing all the windows that day, The nest day they rechecked all the caulking and finished the outside trim. I couldn't be more pleased with the windows and the young men who installed them.

Smoothly from start to finish. All phone messages were returned even after hours. The installers were mindful of my newly renovated condo. They used drop clothes everywhere and cleaned up prior to leaving. The windows are sound and beautiful. Have not had any issues thus far to call for service. Do not hesitate to hire this company.

Let me tell you about the folks at Pure Energy Windows: I have never seen such attention to product and after installation follow up in my many years as a consumer. We had 4 door walls and two windows installed.. The scheduling was flawless and the installation team could not be more efficient and careful to detail and cleanup. I recently had a few questions as to the screens door operation and some minor wind whistle. So we wrote the company a letter asking the questions. The owner, Adrian Beaver, Called yesterday and addressed the issues and said he would have a man follow up with an onsite inspection. As we were ON THE PHONE the service man called on the other line for an appointment to come out. I cannot remember a more efficient, caring company than this one. Needless to say, I fully recommend this company for your window and door wall upgrade purchase in the future. We love our Pure Energy windows! Our home was about 14 years old but we were annoyed by the drafty windows and the noise from the golf course mowers behind us. We replaced 18 windows and the noise was dramatically reduced and our electricity usage has dropped by almost 30% a month! The installers were friendly and efficient and did the whole job in one day! We highly recommend this company and product, without hesitation!
