 + -1 moreI wanted him to actually come out to my home to see what all was involved and the square footage and everything and he said that he did not do that. Everything I read about him was good but normally you have someone come out. Maybe he didn't want to waste the gas, I don't know. I'm thinking the cost was reasonable.
Description of Work: I wanted to get a quote from Magic Carpet Cleaning Corp. to clean my house, but he would not come out to give me a quote. He only wanted to give me a quote over the phone. So I did not use him.

 + -1 moreALTHOUGH I HAVE RECEIVED EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY IN THE PAST, THE LAST TIME THEY CAME OUT THE WORK WAS NOT AS GOOD AS USUAL. I HAVE ALWAYS LIKED THIS COMPANY, AND THE MEN ARE VERY FRIENDLY, SO I WILL GIVE THEM ONE MORE CHANCE.

 + -1 moreTHE MAN THAT CAME TO MY HOUSE FROM THIS COMPANY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB GETTING THE DOG HAIR AND STAINS OUT OF MY FURNITURE. HE ALSO EXPLAINED THE CHEMICALS THAT HE WAS USING AND WHAT THEY DID.
