I had used Leo's previously for winterization services. The first time, they winterized and in the spring the brass fitting under the "umbrella valve?" was busted. I figured it was something I did in the spring, and paid the $300 or so for them to fix it. This year I had them come out and "summerize" and fix a broken head. The price seemed reasonable ($85 for all). A week or so later we broke a sprinkler head with the lawnmower and they charged me $95 ($20 for parts, $40 in labor, $35 for service call) after taking almost 2 weeks to even come out. I called their office 3 times asking to talk about a Bill, left messages on their voicemail and never received a call back. To me $40 in labor + $35 in a service call for a part that is $20 seems excessive and their lack of response is even worse.
Description of Work: Replaced a sprinkler head.

Response from Leo's Custom Sprinkler Service, Inc.
I just came upon this complaint for our company. I went back through your files, and I don't see anything that would make us be a company that you should have been dissatisfied with. Our first visit to your home was 11/5/11, we winterized your system. You then called for us to repair a leak on your backflow preventer. That service was on or about 5/18/12. This repair was caused from water being in the backflow preventer over the winter. The water was caused from the water shutoff to the sprinkler system not closing all the way. The shutoff needed to be replaced. No fault of ours, nor yours, just a bad shut off. On or around 5/29/12 you called and said a head was broken. We came, and did the repair. On or around June 20, not a week or so after our previous visit, but nearly a month, you broke a sprinkler head with the lawnmower. We charged our service call, our labor and cost for the parts. You then called and we winterized your sprinkler system for the fall of 2013. I am sorry you were not happy with our service, and I do not recall any phone calls from you or ignored messages.
