Description of Work: Lakeside replaced my ailing air conditioning unit very quickly and correctly. A bad coil in my furnace was also problematic and they were able to replace that same day. They were very professional, kind and knowledgeable in their craft. I will use them again.

+ -1 moreIt went well overall. They made an error in sizing the correct furnace and installed the incorrect size. They came back and rectified it. They had a concern for the mistakes they made and were very courteous in rectifying it. We had no problem.

+ -1 moreThe salesman was very pleasant. He didn?t take a whole lot of time, which was nice. They seemed very thorough and gave me options. Their price was higher compared to two other companies that I contacted. Basically, the company that I went with gave me a complete list of everything that they were going to do. The person from Lakeside told me it was a package deal and it was going to cost a certain amount. He told me verbally, but I would have liked things written down. They were very responsive; when I called them, I got a return call very shortly. They were very professional and on time. I would not hesitate to call them again if I needed something.

They were thorough with the initial inspection, they came back again for a second inspection after we signed the contract, the installation was flawless and the final cost was exactly as quoted. We ran into a problem in June (4 months after the installation), when the power went off as the air conditioning was on (thunderstorm). It was Saturday morning. They responded immediately, we were contacted by a technician within the hour, got telephone instruction on how to restart the system, and a call back 30 minutes later to see if everything was OK. We had another problem a month ago, when an old pipe broke and spilled water on and inside the electric box. This time it was Friday. A technician was here in three hours, and worked until late to make sure everything was working properly. All this was covered by the warranty, so we did not have any expenses. We are glad we found this company !
