 + -1 moreOur agent, Wendy Hoover, went above and beyond to help make sure we were able to get the home we really wanted. There were numerous delays because of the seller's attitude but Wendy made sure that everything and everyone staying on track to the end. We are now happy new home owners because of her dedication to us, her clients.
Description of Work: My husband and I purchased our first new home recently. When we started looking we didn't have an agent and I just happened to call on a home listed by Keller-Williams agent Wendy Hoover. We met with her and liked her immediately. After viewing probably more then 50 homes we finally found one we liked and made an offer.....that was in early September 2012. The home seller was HORRIBLE throughout the process, the mortgage broker dropped the ball several times and after four months we were finally able to close the end of December. But throughout the entire four months our agent, Wendy, WAS THE BEST!! She did EVERYTHING in her power to make this sale happen sooner, even getting the water testing done for us! She was able to recommend specialists in different fields and totally went above and beyond helping us not only find a home but to finally close on the one we decided on. We WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND KELLER WILLIAMS AGENT WENDY HOOVER to anyone thinking of purchasing a new home!!

 + -1 moreThe seller had paid the commission. So, I did not pay any commission. The company was very good. The person, who helped me, was very good, too. He was a very good agent. He was very efficient and very effective. He paid attention to details. I will use them again if required.
