Description of Work: we carpeted most of the house and everyone we had contact with was helpful, professional and expert in the field. From ordering to installation took two weeks and it was a large order.

 + -1 moreThe carpet installation team was prompt, arriving just after 9 am on my scheduled appointment date. The guys were pleasant, efficient, and got the job done in a couple hours, including removal of my old carpet and pad. The new carpeting is beautiful and feels great on my feet. THANK you SO much, John, and the staff of Hook's Carpet Mart - I recommend them highly!
Description of Work: After eparate major issues with trying to purchase carpeting from two big box stores, i went to Hook's Carpet Mart following the recommendation of a neighbor. The salesperson, Rachel, could not have been more helpful! After the two previous fiascos with other carpet stores, she was understanding and went out of her way to help. She took my sample and found an almost perfect match with better qualities and warranty. When I told her I was hosting a family wedding party in several weeks, she personally contacted the owner, John, who was out of town and when he returned, made a special appointment time to come and take room. Within 2 1/2 weeks from ordering, the new carpet was installed.

The installers did an excellent job. they did the upper level one day and the lower the next for my convenience. they helped me move some of the heavier furniture in and out of the lower level. I would definitely recommend Hooks Carpet to my freinds
