Not sure if the motor really needed to be replaced, but they did. Job looks clean and more secure than previous. Not the best cleanup; left some plastic shavings behind.

Technician was on time and handled my project in an excellent fashion. I needed a radon cover for my sump system which was complicated due to multiple piping and wires entering the sump. His solution was very innovative. Completely satisfied.
