Rob from Discount Skylight was quick to respond to my first contact. He came out to my house to an inspected our skylights. He employed a step by step process to determine where the leaks were originating. He discussed the situation and advised me of several possible courses of action to resolve the leaks. Rob made sure I understood each of the possible resolutions. After determining which resolution I wanted to pursue Rob quickly went about repairing my skylights. He tested all his work to insure the leak had been stopped. His work ethic, expertise, and attention to detail are qualities rarely found in most businesses today. Rob was very meticulous in his work and paid attention to every details. We replaced one existing skylight and installed two sun tunnels, but due to our roof structure it was not easy to install the sun tunnels. He visited our house several times before the installation and examined all details. I strongly recommend him! It took longer than we expected, but it was not his fault.
