I went on Angi seeking permeant lighting had 3 companies come out only one being from Angi "Clearco" installer "owner" took measurements said he would see if he could find what I was looking for in the mean time two other companies came out gave me quotes on a different systems ClearCo reached back out to me said he thought he found what I was looking for he came back over showed me a brochure of the lights I ended up going with them, he took measurements I was stressing to not mess with any of my exterior metal work I just had done " facia, gutters, drip edge, sofits, etc he said no worries went threw on how the install process was including hiding the wires he originally quoted me a price of $6800 at first then the price went up because he miss measured to $7280, I paid $3280 in a check up front . I told him I didn't want to see any wires the other companies said there would be no visible wires, he reassured me threw the whole insulation I would see no wires, so I hired him the lights were installed then I asked him about all the exposed wires he said he new an a electrician that could hide them. So I paid him the balance of $3000 cash he preferred, On December 17,2024 the electrician came out with Christian "ClearCo" owner they discuss the job Christian left the electrian here at my home his name is Ryan he came to me said he had to go. I said ok asked him how far he got and to make sure he cleaned up his mess and when he could come back he said that Friday , He left I was done doing what I was doing went to see what was done and there were metal shaving and wood shavings all over the ground in front of my garage looked up and there's a half dollar size hole in my N front bird box on my front garage an holes on the S side sofits and on the drip edge, I took pictures sent them to Christian, said it was un exceptable and also leaving all the ends of the tracks that the lights are installed in open at every end with no end caps as well as all the exposed wires and connectors hanging all over my house he came back over cut some metal to cover the holes glued them over the holes, I told him he hired this electrian and was responsible for him and his action I did not hire him. And that's the last time he was at my home which was 12-19-2024 I have reached out to him with a quote to get the bird boxes repaired the company also sent him a quote and also they had a conversation with Christian about the work and quote, I told him he can get his own quotes but they have to do the same quality of work, I've text him multiple times the last time he responded was on 1-22-2025 the last time I text him was on 2-2-2025 on his personal number and also threw the Angie app no response..

These guys are awesome. Way more detail oriented than other companies, and their prices are fair, not crazy cheap, but reasonable for their quality of work. They did everything right, they were neat, organized, polite, thorough, and cleanly. I highly recommend..

Christian and Keegan worked on my windows last summer and this summer and they are AMAZING! they are very professional and get the job done perfectly. iâ ve never had an issue with my windows after they cleaned them and the pricing was GREAT!
