Cabinets Express

I have absolutely nothing positive to say about our experience buying cabinets here. Wish we had gone elsewhere. Dealing with Jason was a nightmare. He has very poor follow-up, is unable to explain details, provided no directions for installation, and is arrogant. Buyer beware! The cabinets we purchased don't open all the way without hitting the ones next to them. They were expensive and we feel completely ripped off.

When my son put up the cabinets they were the wrong size. The cabinets actually went all the way to the ceiling. It was basically just a misunderstanding between all of us. Three cabinets needed to be exchanged because they were too big, one long board that served as a brace for the cabinet above fridge needs to be returned because we do not need. Also one cabinet has water damage and on another the molding on the cabinet has a big gauge in it. Besides the cabinets with the water damage and the damaged mold, everything else is in perfect condition and can be resold. We were never told of their exchange policy, but now they say it is their policy to not exchange or refund cabinets. Prior to this, one of their salesmen told me verbally that they would do whatever it takes to make sure I got my kitchen the way I wanted it. The salesman emailed me today and is now saying that the decision about these returns would need to be made by their boss and he would get back with me. I just want to make sure I get the product I paid for.
