Beauchamp Water Treatment Solutions

Great, they were very professional and courteous. The sales person came and gave us three options that would serve our needs. We got other bids and selected Beauchamp. The installation person was great and cleaned up after he finished. They followed up by coming back to check the water quality.

Scott arrived on time to work with us on our requirements, and provided an estimate during that same meeting. After meeting with other companies we decided on Beauchamp. We called Scott on a Friday and were able to schedule the installation for the following Monday at 9:30. On Monday Greg and Jimmy arrived to install the equipment (They were actually a little early). We were told that it would take a few hours to complete the job, and they finished in that time. The work included removing an old filter, adding chlorine to the system (and flushing the lines) and installing the new equipment. It appeared that Jimmy was still learning the trade, but Greg made sure that everything was done right. Both were very friendly, professional, and neat, using mats to protect the floor when bring the equipment in, and cleaning up before they left. The only thing that stopped me from giving them 5 stars was that one of the valves was moved so that is no longer on top of the pipe, but more towards the bottom. The valve still works, and it isn't something that will be used much anymore, but... Beauchamp (sorry, but I can't remember the name of the woman) called the next day to check that we were happy with the work, which is a nice touch, and tells me they value quality workmanship.

Matt arrived on time and did a great job! He was very knowledgeable professional. I would certainly have him back to service our water needs.

install was fine but they never should me how to use or service it.

Ray came out and quoted me for what i needed and installed it a couple days later. He also recommended a square salt tank that i was able to tuck into the corner that i am very happy with . Lastly he came back out for a follow up and tested the water again. I will definitely use them for any water needs i have.

They were friendly and helpful. They know their products and are ready, willing and able to help their customers. Excellent customer service !!

Jay from Beauchamp Water Treatment came out to perform maintenance on a failing water softener. It was flushing constantly and going through a lot more salt than it should. Jay quickly diagnosed that an internal valve was going bad and it would cost several hundred dollars to repair. I accepted Jay's professional recommendation that we purchase a new water softener system. Jay came out the very next morning and installed the new system. Although we would have preferred to not spend the money, we are satisfied with the outcome and Jay did a great job. Very professional and well informed.

I contacted Beauchamp regarding iron issues with my water - Scott Brackenridge contacted me the same day to set up an appt. Scott came out tested my water - gave me a few suggestions and also noticed my well tank was bad. I was satisfied with what Scott offered me for my water issues and the price on a new well tank. I contacted the office scheduled and install and it was done 2 days later. The installers were very nice and professional. Cleaned up everything, explained what how the new softener works etc. Overall I'm very pleased and would definitely recommend them. As for cost, I only purchased the well tank and decided to rent the other 2 before deciding to purchase or not.

They were responsive and punctual. Our basement does not have a sump pump so they re-routed the piping free of charge. Follow up calls have been made. Overall great experience.

That service turned out fine. One employee did the installation and he was good. The pricing was responsible.

Everything is fine and everything is working out well. They did everything they were supposed to do.
