Got Mike's number from a neighbor when our hot water heater quit since we are new to the area and haven't established any service relationships of our own. Left a message on Mike's cell phone and he returned the call within 10 minutes. Said he'd come by after he finished current job and provided an estimate of two hours but promised to call when enroute. Called an hour and a half later and said he'd arrive in 15 minutes. Upon timely arrival Mike performed troubleshooting, quickly identified the problem as a bad ignitor. He had a compatible part on the truck and made the repair in short order. Asked Mike a few questions about plumbing concerns in this 100+ year old house and he provided advice and guidance. Professional, punctual, friendly, knowledgeable.
