Description of Work: I had five roofing contractors come to give me a price to replace the roof. |Mr. Larrabee was the only one that never went up on the roof to inspect, measure, etc. |I asked him to send me his quote via email since he did not have any quote forms or estimate forms, material literature, etc. |I received his Proposal via email as requested, but it was a little vague on some details. There was no Warranty information on materials or labor stated. No material type or manufacture's name. No mention of an approximate start date or completion period. |The response I received was unacceptable (some what insulting). |I based my decision to choose another contractor with a higher quote because I was uncomfortable with the way this Company represented itself. Had the response to my questions been handled with respect, I would have considered this Company.

Description of Work: He is the builder of a home I helped my clients purchase.

Description of Work: Initially hired Jeff to build an access into the attic. (Why the builder of our home did not build one, I will never know!) Additionally he repaired and stabilized a step for our deck that was unsafe, and helped with several other tasks I needed to sell our home in Portage Michigan.
