The build went flawless and several aspects were revised as the project progressed to make it both more energy efficient and useful.

Sam was very polite and seemed to know exactly what he was doing. He was very thorough when evaluating the damage to my house. However, he never sent me an estimate. I call him ten days to two weeks later and asked why he didn't send me an estimate and he told me that he was very sick the last week and never got around to it. I told him I was sorry to here that and would he still be interested in doing the job and that if he was could he please send me an estimate. He said, yes he was and that he would send it to me as soon as he could write it up. It's been three weeks and he never did send me an estimate even when I gave him an easy out. All he had to say was that he wasn't interested.

We first hired Mr. Ewbank in our previous home for work on the breezeway needing new windows and doors installed and he did beautiful work. So when we decided on new flooring we asked Mr. Ewbank to give us an estimate on replacing our carpeting by installing pergo floors throughout our home and he did a wonderful job. After the floors were complete we asked him to install new chandeliers and a new ceiling fan in the bedroom. After that was completed we asked for an estimate on finishing our basement rec-room paneling and installing a suspended ceiling. Sam suggested recessed lighting and new heating ducts as well as some improvements on insulation. We are completely satisfied with the work done by Mr. Ewbank as well as his trustworthiness and attention to detail. Mr. Ewbank went so far as to assist us with getting an energy credit on our income taxes for the insulation materials used in making our home more energy efficient.
