We don't sub-contract any work. Any job for $500 or more comes with a written contract and no additional payment will be sought. Normal payment is half-down and the rest at completion of the job.

Services we offer

We do landscaping, tree removal (all sizes and locations), full yard remodeling and landscape brickwork, drainage contouring and drainpipe laying. We do driveway and sidewalk repair and installation. We also do lakefront stabilization with limestone covered rubber fabric. We are now equipped to do yard leaf clean-up and removal.

Extremely well. Highly professional. Made sure we were satisfied. House looks great. Highly recommend Joe and his team.
Description of Work: Solve extreme erosion problem. Dig out area near downspout rail runoff and sunk a large cistern to catch overflow. Solved problem. Cleaned out and repositioned all downspouts to run rain far away from house. Added dirt from where erosion occurred and mulched three quarters around house. Trimmed heavy foliage from trees around house. More sunlight now.

Joe called back and set up a date to come out for an estimate, but did not show up and did not call after that. I called to ask about the missed appointment, and left a phone message, but received no response.

We could not be happier with the quality and price that Joe offered us. When you spend the kind of money it takes to do a large job you want it perfect and Joe and Peg absolutely followed through.... we have other projects that we will only be going through Extreme Landscaping to get done... RIGHT.. 5 stars out of 5 stars and was highly recommended by Menards... they were spot on. The extra effort and advice helped us tremendously... 👌⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
