+ -1 moreSam was very good to work with and listens to your wants and needs. He did have some delays from the weather but came back and finished the job this spring. Other contractors may not have done that.
Description of Work: Excavation for building a home with a walkout basement, poured garage floor and apron, driveway (900ft) and pond for retaining water from geothermal heating system. He also dug a drainage ditch and tried to route water away from certain areas on our land.
