The quality of the blinds was excellent. Their customer service was very responsive. My painter accidentally broke one of my new blinds and Mel and the blind company honored the warranty and replaced the damaged blind at no cost to me. I highly recommend glider blinds.

I was having the inside of my home painted and thought I would have my metal mini blinds cleaned. Mel came out to look at them because he wanted to make sure they could be cleaned with his system. We started talking about how the blinds dated my home, he provided great products/prices to update with 2 1/2â  horizontal blinds. He was also able to install 2 of them located in a very challenging spot. My home went from nice to gorgeous! Definitely would recommend Mel!

Guy kept me on the phone for 25 min when I called to make an appt with him. Then he told me he would have to call me back to set an appt. He called back at 8:50 P.M. the next day. Not very professional customer service. BUT ... he did fix my blind very well and returned it to me in only one day at a reasonable time of day.
