hardwood floor
+ -1 moreWhen the floor was installed, there was a sizable chip off the top of the floor. I asked the salesman to have it fixed. He never had anyone even use a stain on it. When asked for the third time, he implied that we had caused the chip with a chair and never sent anyone out. When asked why the floor dented so much, he said that someone had hard shoes in the family. The floor is oak, we take our shoes off. I have since read, that manufactured floors dent more than others. It would have helped, if I had been told that before the floor was installed.
Description of Work: Installed a wood floor over a cement floor.

+ -1 moreFantastic service from the salesperson to the installers. They did the job quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Our floor looks beautiful.
