Vincent was our contact and was the first company to get back with us after the massive flooding on August 11th. He was extremely responsive and got to work right away, working with us to give us a heads up since we had to stay in a hotel with three young kids. His crew did a great job, we're very friendly, and made sure that we were 100% satisfied at every step. I can't recommend them enough.

Ben, Jerry, and the rest of the crew were terrific. They came in, attacked my basement, and were finished with the tear-out and cleaning after about 5 hours. They are personable, trustworthy, and helpful. I've recommended them to friends with similar problems and will recommend them again should anyone need restoration services.

It is not often that a homeowner finds a company that does what it says. I found an excellent company that took care of my situation, a pipe burst in my finished basement. I called Ben at DryMedic Restoration Services of Novi. Their overall service was excellent! Ben was very professional. He was on time, knowledgeable and took pride in his work. He cares about his customers. He billed my insurance company directly so I would not have to deal with the paper work. I would call DryMedic Restoration Services of Novi again. I recommend using them.

Ben From Dry Medic was so helpful we had no idea where to start Ben helped us figure out what to do step by step. He was so informative about all of our insurance questions and he really knew what he was talking about. The guys were always on time and very respectful of my family and my home. When a disaster like this happens you really feel like its never going to end but Dry medic made the whole process as easy as possible for us. I would definitely use Dry Medic again in the future.

Drymedic arrived at our home exactly when they said they would, which was a little over an hour after we called them. Their team was very presentable and friendly. The basement had about an 6 inches of standing sewage. Neither my wife nor I could even go down there to access the damage. The Drymedic team suited up in full protective gear and went right to work. They sorted my father in laws belongings, allowing us to go thru and save what we wanted. After that they cleaned and disinfected our basement., turning it from a foul smelly place to a clean useable space again. Drymedic removed all the garbage. They returned on time for the next two days to monitor all the equipment and make sure there was no residual odor. They said they would be done in about 5 hours, (I seriously had my doubts) but after 5 hours and 15 minutes they pulled out of my driveway. Drymedic took a very stressful and upsetting situation and made it go away. They also worked with my insurance company to make sure i had proper coverage. I couldn't thank them enough. I sure hope we don't need their services again, but if we do there is no doubt who we will call.
