+ -1 moreGot the suggestion for Hawhorne from Angies List. All TV's in this category seemed to be under price control by the manufacturer so price comparison wasn't a consideration. These guys were excellent at answering all our questions and providing advice. They didn't try to convince us their position/opinions were better. They answered all our questions, took time with us, and let us come to our own conclusions. We got the advice we wanted (and needed) and are pleased with our selection and more pleased with the sales information we got from Hawthorne. If you are looking for a TV, go to Hawthorne and ask for Randy. We will definitely return for other purchases in the future.

Description of Work: We had a personable salesperson who was quite knowledgable about dishwashers and told us more than we ever wanted to know - except that our chosen dishwasher was a special order. He said we could expect to hear from them in two weeks. After three weeks we called. It was at this point that we were told that this was a special order and would take two months. Okay. Two months later, I called to check on the status of the dishwasher. After two interactions with three employees who were, at best, indifferent, I was told that it was on backorder. I asked when I could expect the dishwasher and the reply was, "It's the manufacturer's fault." After clarifying my question, which had nothing to do with assigning blame, I asked to speak with a manager. He was rude. We are cancelling the order and starting over. I simply cannot support a business that treats customers with this level of contempt.

+ -1 moreThey had already sold me a TV and a camera so when I needed a large 46and rdquo; TV I went to them to buy it. They have excellent service and they have their own warranty. When you buy their warranty program they will give you 50% back as a store credit if you never have to use it. The service is great and they answer all your questions and they don't try to push something on them. They try to find the product that is going to be a good fit for the customer. Other places will give a cheaper price but their service is not as good. This company is local and they are very responsive. I called them when I was going to pick up the TV and the sales person had it ready for me when I got there. I am planning on getting a DVD/CD combo in the future.

+ -1 moreI got very good service there and everything was fine. The sales man was wonderful and worked with me. They delivered it when they said they were going to. They unpacked the freezer, plugged it in and told me, everything. The only thing that they didn't do is level it; so, when I open the door it opens, too far. I think they are supposed to do something to level it on the floor; and now, I am going to have my own handyman help me. Its takes two people to, do it. If I ask them to come back, there is going to be a charge and I am not going to pay them; to come and do something, which they originally should have done.
