It was nice phone call. owner called and explain what they would do and what kind of service I should require.

I knew there was something going in and out of my attic because I heard the loud noices. My neighbor checked the attic first and guessed it was a raccoon and he advised me to a professional to take care of it. I immediately thought of looking on Angie's list and saw Greg's information. He came out the next day, Friday and took a look and determined that yes it was probably a racoon and he would be back on Monday to set the live trap. Mr. Raccoon was caught and transported up north on Tuesday to some wide open space.

It went very well, although it took a little longer than I expected.

They came to my home to find out where mice were entering. I was pretty sure they were coming in from under a bay window in my kitchen eating area and told them so. The bottom of the bay window had a loose board and I thought that was it. They pulled out the insulation between the rafters in the basement by the bay window and said they didn't see any holes. They also check the rest of the basement. They set bait traps in many locations inside and outside of my house. They said the mice will eat the bait and go outside to die. They told me I could remove my mouse traps but I decided to leave them set just to make sure their traps were working. Well..... I caught 5 mice in my traps in the next couple weeks. We decided to investigate ourselves. We took out all the insulation between the rafters in the basement under the bay window just as they had done except we put a bright light outside the house under the window. When we checked in the basement we could see a large area of light coming in from 2 different areas. We totally sealed off between each of the rafters and have not had any mice since then. They wanted to charge me $69.00 to come back every 3 months to refill the traps.

We found a squirrel in our basement that we learned had entered via the chimney. We called Eco-Sound Pest Management based on previous reviews on Angie's List. They responded very quickly; did a thorough search of the perimeter, roof, etc; and, found the problem - a hole in the chimney cover. They ordered a new cover and within a few days it was installed and the problem solved. Very professional, very personable, very responsive and informative. Would definitely use again, and do recommend them

Greg was here on time and even a few minutes early. I have approximately an acre of land and he checks the entire area. He laid traps where he saw the most activity and came back 2 weeks later to check. He found some additional mole holes and mice holes. As I said above, there appears to be an entire city of mice and it's going to take time. Greg will work with me and come back as often as necessary. Had I known earlier in the summer that was such an extensive invasion of the rodents, I would have used his services sooner.

Before the service I had a lot of ants and now there is much less. I did see a few but the owner offered to come again. I have used their services three times. I also purchased their warranty program. I like their services. This is my first experience with a pest control company. They are to return on Monday.

I selected Eco-Sound Pest Management because they earned high Angie's LIst ratings and because Eco-Sound did not dismiss my questions about dealing with the problem as humanely as possible and ecologically. They were totally professionally and had an encyclopedic knowledge of insect behavior. Really nice guys too, by the way. Easy to talk to and helpful. I will definitely call them again for future problems.

Great service. Due to weather, they were unable to come out at the first scheduled appt. They called early in the morning to reschedule and came out 2 days later for service. Technician was prompt, professional and knowledgeable.

Returned calls promptly and came out that same day. This has been the only company we called to actually deal with our problem. I can't recommend them highly enough. Price is very reasonable compared to others.

Showed up on time, sprayed the outside perimeter of the home, the living areas and full basement and garage. Uses safe products. Was very reasonably priced. Will definitely use again. By the way, I live in Cherry Hill Village in Canton.

Had started seeing signs of carpenter ants in my enclosed patio and along side of my attached garage. I had called numerous pest control companies, but the only company that would come out and assess the situation before actually being hired was Greg at Eco-Sound. He came out and spend quite a bit of time letting me give details and then he examined not only my porch, garage, and wood around the area, but also the trees on my property. He then gave me a plan an estimate of what he felt should be done with a 90 day guarantee.I liked what I heard and decided to let him go ahead and treat my residence. He never seemed rushed and it took him from start to finish a couple hours (that includes the assessment and my concerns) to complete the job. I couldn't be more pleased with him, his company, and his customer service policies.

I didn't want to be the one to crawl up and discover what was in my attic, so I contacted Eco-Sound Pest Management via email. I received a response in less than 24 hours during the July 4th week indicating he did service the Ann Arbor area, but was out due to the holiday week. This is what I was expecting, so no surprised there. He told me he had a 12-2 slot open on Monday, which I responded saying I wanted.He called 20 minutes prior to arrival to give me time to leave work and meet him at the house. He promptly found signs of mice outside the house, which I had missed. He then crawled into the attic and found proof of the mice. After deploying some bait, we walked around the basement and he found some old signs of them, so put some extra bait out to be sure. We then took another walk around the exterior to see places I needed to seal up to prevent them from coming back. The bait he uses causes the mice to seek out their natural water supply, so they (in 99% of the cases, he says) do not die in the attic but outside. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and prompt. It may take a few days longer to get rid of them, but it's better than having rotting mice carcases in my attic! Additionally, if I hear them after 7-10 days, they will come out to follow up free of charge. He left me with information regarding quarterly treatment plans for the exterior of the house for mice, along with pricing to treat ants and flying insects. His pricing was extremely reasonable.

Send email and explained problem on Sunday evening. Monday morning he called and got time to inspect. Arrived promptly, used protective equipment to keep debris from shoes, clothing etc from tracking in house. Offered solutions that we could do instead of paying.

They are really a great pest control company. The price is very reasonable. It is $40 per visit or one can have a yearly contract and prepay, which is about $300. They spray all natural products. I love everything about them. They are very personable. They come no matter what. I love the fact that it is green; it is healthy for the family while taking care of the problem.

Greg came out to inspect the house and saw no sign of mice living in the house. Four days later a mouse dropped out of our ceiling. He came back out and laid more poison at no charge. Since then, we have not seen or heard any signs of mice.

They were pleasant, articulate, and extremely helpful. Given their very reasonable prices and helpfulness, I plan to continue using their services.

+This service rates an A+! Greg came to my home as promised, early in the morning to check to see if a bird or squirrel had died in my attic. He determined there were no dead animals there, sprayed to kill any mites the bird or squirrel might have brought in, then installed a new cover on the ventilation hole where I had previously seen a bird enter. Then, even though I had not requested it, he checked all the other ventilation holes to make sure the covers were secure. I will be sure to recommend this service to anyone who needs it.!

Eco-Sound Pest Management was a great choice for us. They used products that we can accept in and around our home and they were very knowledgeable about what needed to be done to keep our home safe. We were able to actually enjoy our outdoor space without being worried about bees. We will hire these guys again.

Greg was prompt and professional. He explained what he was doing and why and the natural habits of these particular pests. Bed bugs are particularly difficult to get rid of and he had to come back for a third visit, which he did not charge me for it. I purposfully have waited several months to report on his performance to verify that indeed the bed bugs are gone, which appears to be the case. Furthermore, we have noticed no more evidence of rats. I would highly recommend this service.

They came to the house and did a very thorough inspection and determined that the problem was probably mice, with the possibility of a small red squirrel. The cost for placing a live trap for the squirrel was $69. They said they would remove any animal that was caught for a charge of $69, but if I preferred to remove it myself that was fine with them. They also placed extensive mouse bait both inside the home (basement, garage, attic, and in the bathroom wall, behind access panel) and outside (with safety bait stations to prevent pets, etc. from entering). The charge for this was $115. This bait will last a long time, but I can have it renewed quarterly for $69 per quarter (no contract required). The squirrel trap caught a racoon, which I had them relocate for $69. The next night it caught another raccoon, which I relocated myself. Then they tried a smaller trap, but the squirrel avoided it. By this time a week had passed with no more noises in the house, so we decided the problem had been mice. The owner, Greg Peterson, was prompt, courteous and very professional. He encouraged us to keep in contact and let him know if any problems developed, and if the animal was still gone. I will definitely continue the quarterly mouse treatment and recommend this company to everyone.
