The service was awesome. I ran over a nest of yellow jackets with my lawn mower. Stung about 12 times. I Called them on a Friday morning and they were able to fit me in on a busy day. So greatfull I didn't have to wait til Monday. They put on a bee suit and dug the nest out of the ground. I have not had a problem since. I would definitely call them again! I thought the price was fair for the work they performed. They were professional and explained everything they did. Great company.

It went well. I trusted him because he was not pressuring me. I am now on a maintenance program which is not a binding contract... can be cancelled anytime, but I am happy to be on it so I don't have mice in the future! His prices are reasonable and he seems to know what he's doing! Very professional!

I was very impressed with the fast, friendly, and professional service which we received from Greg at Eco-Sound Pest Management. I contacted Eco-Sound because of the high ratings which they had received on Angie's List and they lived up to the high ratings which they have received in the past! I was looking for help with a very large yellow jacket nest which I discovered in one of our bushes over the weekend while trimming the bushes (not sure how I avoided getting stung since I was trimming the bush that the hive was in about a foot away from the hive when I noticed the hornets starting to swarm). The hive takes up a good portion of the boxwood and was definitely not something I wanted to tackle on my own. While Eco-Sound was coming out, I also requested that they look into an issue with box elders which we had on (and in) our house last year in the fall and a persistent problems with flies in our master bathroom. Greg arrived at the promised time and performed a full inspection/evaluation of the exterior of the house as well as the attic (looking into the source of the flies in the master bathroom). He was able to identify the source of the flies (inadequate screening on the exhaust fan soffet) and provided recommendations on how to fix the problem at no charge. Recommended a perimeter treatment to prevent the box elder bug issue which we experienced the previous fall in addition to the extermination of the large hornet nest. Also identified a couple other small hornet nests (second story eaves and behind shutters) which were not as critical to address, but said they would take care of if we really wanted them addressed. This was not a high-pressure sell or pushy at all (which I really appreciated). In addition to providing recommendations on what services they could do, he also identified some things which we could do to prevent pests getting into the home without needing to do a full house soaking with chemicals (caulking and sealing small cracks, etc.). We went ahead with the extermination of the large hornet nest and the perimeter treatment (opted not to anything with the smaller nests at this time). These were performed quickly and efficiently. Very happy with the service that we received and if/when we need additional Pest Management services, we will be calling Eco-Sound Pest Management!

This was the best service I've received in a long time: I got a very prompt call back, they came within a couple hours of that call back, they treated the yellow jacket nest I noticed and another they found while they were at the house. They also checked the perimeter of my house for possible entry points for mice and suggested something that would keep them out. They were professional, courteous, and the cost was very reasonable. This an A-One company and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Greg is easy to get ahold of either by phone or email and responds quickly. I've had him out 2 years in a row now to take care of the cicada killers and this year I had him replace the mouse poison they put down last year as I've had an off and on problem with mice over the years. This year he rescheduled my appointment because it was raining and he knew it would wash away the powder they use on the cicada killers. Last year when he first came out and identified the horrific waspy things digging around my garage he explained all about them and put some of my fears to rest about their danger. They still had to go. He also inspected my house and pointed out some things I could do to keep mice from coming in.

It all went very well. Greg responds to my emails, which I appreciated because email is the best way for me to communicate. I gave him a B in professionalism only because he sometimes seems a little rushed, although he does answer all questions. We will call this company with any bug/pest issues we have in the future, and would recommend this company to others.

Called them at short notice to get rid of a wasp nest. They actually did a good job of explaining, even over the phone, what was going on. They arrived on time and took care of it. They gave good advice and were patient in explaining everything. They are experienced and definitely have firm views on what needs to be done. They are polite and professional. I will be using them again.

I moved into a house that had sat empty for 18 months, so it was no surprise that some critters had tried to take up residence. I noticed several areas where wasps were nesting in gaps in siding, window seals, and under the mailbox. I sprayed several times, but they continued to come back. So I called Eco-Sound after reading the positive reviews. They were able to squeeze me in quickly and the initial inspection was free. When they arrived, I showed them the area where I had seen the wasps. They inspected and showed me the problem. They told me that my spraying worked for now and showed me how to prevent them from returning, saying that it wasn't worth my money to treat those areas. They treated the one active nest for a minimal cost and that was that. Honest, helpful information and no hard sell. I also like that they attempt to use eco-friendly solutions wherever possible. I would definitley use them again for any pest problems.

A bunch of wasps created a nest on the side of the door to our 1960 chevy. When i called Eco-Sound and talked to Greg on the phone he made me feel much better about the situation and assured me that this was a simple problem. Two days later he came out with another gentleman and twenty minutes later they were finished. Problem solved. I will definitely call them again if I ever have another pest/insect problem. The best part of all is that they didn't use harsh poisonous chemicals. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

It went extremely well. Everything was thoroughly explained. Questions were asked and my house was examined to determine the best form of treatment. They were polite, efficient, and friendly.

The Gentlemen inspected where we were noticing the Carpenter Ants. He noticed some indicators where they were coming from like socket fixtures to plumbing areas where water damage occurred in the past. Those are the areas where the Ants will build a colony first. After spraying the outside parameters they put a powder into the opening that is toxic to only the Ants. Said after 10 Days they should be destroyed. It took probably 13 Days but we haven't seen a Carpenter Ant in 6 weeks.

We had great success with this company. We had a few ants this morning in one room and they were able to come the same day to address it!! Very prompt and friendly. Crew is very knowledgeable and helpful.

.Eco-Sound was very prompt in scheduling an appointment. Greg arrived on time; conducted a thorough indoor and outdoor inspection. He was friendly, professional, and informative. Luckily for us, he found nothing, ergo he charged nothing for this visit. How very generous of him and Eco-Sound. We have used Eco-Sound in the past when a squirrel made it into our basement. Greg and Dennis took care of that; they found the entry point and repaired it. Service was great, and the pricing was very fair. We would definitely use them again, and we highly recommend them

Upon identifying that Eco-Sound Pest Management was a candidate for pest control consideration, I sent an e-mail over the week-end asking them to contact me. Greg, the owner, contacted me first thing on Monday morning. After talking w/ Greg on the phone and answering his questions about the noises in the attic and carpenter ants, I determined that I wanted to work with Eco-Sound Pest Management and we set up an appt for later that week. Greg called about 30 minutes before arrival as promised and they arrived right on time. Greg immediately went to work w/ his investigation in the attic and when he came down, he had taken pictures to show me the evidence of mice, etc. And while he was up there, he had also confirmed that there was no evidence of any larger animal infestation and he was also kind enough to validate that my vent screens were intact which I had just mentioned was a concern of mine. We discussed treatment options and Greg advised that due to the age of my house and the fact that I had aluminum siding installed which was years old and had never been caulked, etc., it would have been cost-prohibitive to pay someone to "close" up all possible openings to my house. He advised that the best treatment would be to bait the outside of my house/yard to eliminate the pests before they had an opportunity to get into the house. And he was also going to bait the attic to eliminate the mice that had already gained access. The site visit, evaluation and all the baiting cost $149.00. I then contracted for Eco-Sound Pest Management's quarterly rebaiting program which was additional monies. In addition to the mice, I reported to Greg that I had observed carpenter ants during the winter months. There were only a handful of sightings and I had not observed any other activity. Greg checked out the entire basement and could not find any other evidence of an infestation BUT as a precaution, he set out four (4) bait trays in the corners of the basement. He did admit that the carpenter ant behavior/activity that I had reported had him stumped but I appreciated the fact that he did look through the rafters, checked cobwebs for dead ants, etc and couldn't find anything that would indicate I had a problem. And then he still set out the bait trays to be sure. That was included in the $149.00 initial charge. Overall, I was really impressed w/ Greg's knowledge, his recommendations and his focus on customer service. I'm looking forward to a good working relationship w/ Greg and his company, Eco-Sound Pest Management in the future. I have a feeling that it will be positive for all. P.S. I rated the Price category as "Good" because I didn't really have any reference point as to whether the pricing was high, low or in the middle. Also, I asked Greg about chipmunks and although he said that nothing could be done to bait chipmunks (other than live trapping which was probably not reasonable), he did share a tip w/ me about putting pea gravel into their den holes to deter them from using them, etc. I thought that was quite ingenious and a reasonable method to try. He was more than willing to share his expertise and knowledge w/out hesitation - another thing that I found quite positive about my experience w/ this company.

Everything was good. The only complaint is that the Eco-Sound Pest Management worker was supposed to do some repairs and he's not punctual. He's an exterminator so him doing some repairs is above and beyond his scope of what he should do. He has a 2-month backlog on the repair.

We have lived in our home for four months and started seeing a few bugs around. We never needed an exterminator in our previous home (different state) so I first called a big-name company. They tried to force me into an annual contract and quoted me a price without inspecting my home so I took a pass. Based on reviews from Angie's List I decided to call Eco-Sound. Greg was easy to work with and we were able to schedule an appointment right away. He arrived within the allotted one-hour time window and spent about an hour investigating our home. He was very thorough and then spent lot of time explaining to me the issues, his recommended approach, and that he guarantees all of his work. I feel better informed about my new home and less stressed about the bugs I saw.

Even without comparing this company to other exterminators that I've used, I would give Greg an A+ rating. I was able to set up a next-day appointment, but it then turned out that he was able to come late the same day. After analyzing the situation, he was able to do the complete treatment right then and there, and so far it seems to have worked. He was very professional right from the first phone call through to the completion of the job. He explained everything, and I was especially impressed that he took his time and we never felt rushed or as if he was in a hurry to get finished and move on. Unlike some other companies, he spent time analyzing the situation instead of just trying to sell us a "full-blown treatment", and as a result was able to recommend a much less expensive plan that would do the job. I would definitely call him first if we need this type of service, but of course we're hoping that we won't have to do that again!

Greg is an absolute professional. He has more than helped us with our issue. We signed up for his quarterly service. Our problems are over. He has always been responsive to our calls and is always there when we called for an issue. This was our first year in a new home that needed a lot of support. We've been living with a growing pest problem for awhile and it was finally time to deal with it. Ants: We'd had ants on and off for over a year, trying to treat with store-bought traps, which worked a little. They kept growing in number and frequency, and finally we found flying ants Mice: We heard scratching in the ceiling of our bedroom, and scratching and droppings behind our fridge and stove, though we'd never seen an actual mouse. Spiders: We seem to get a lot of spiders, far more than at our old house. We had Eco-Sound out to evaluate these for us, and here is the outcome: Ants: The ants most came up through our floor vents, but also a few other cracks. They baited all the vents with a gel-like bait that is completely safe for humans, though still so hidden we would never come in contact anyway. He also explained the flying ants were a sign that the colony is very large, because these are the ants that get sent out to find new places for a colony because the old one is too crowded. The ants take the bait, bring it back to the colony, and soon it is destroyed (within 7 days). This proved to be mostly true. We did have a few after a week, and they came out to re-bait the entire house for free (haven't seen another one since). Mice: He toured the outside of the house and showed us a multitude of places where they could get in. He also confirmed via the droppings that it was indeed mice. He placed baits inside and out where the mice can get the bait, get out of the trap and retreat outside where they would expire. This seems to have worked, we've heard no more scratching and are not finding droppings anymore. We did have one die behind our fridge, which is rare he said. He came out free of charge to apply something to take away the smell instantly Spiders: He said there's not a lot to do about that, at least not inexpensively, and it really depends on your tolerance. He advised against a costly treatment unless we were really adamant. We're just going to live with it and it was refreshing to not have that service pushed on us at all. So we had pretty big ant and mice infestations taken care of quickly and inexpensively, including a free follow-up visit. We also signed up for the quarterly maintenance visits, which were a no-brainer to prevent any kind of infestation in the future. He was extremely nice and personable the entire time, always taking time to explain, and solve the problem as if he were on our side and not trying to sell services. Would recommend 100%.
