After inspection and treatment, no sign of carpenter ants in or around home exterior.

We discovered bees had built a nest between our siding and foundation on the front of our home. I called on a Friday and Greg came out the following morning, calling 20 minutes prior to his arrival as he had stated, and also arrived on time. Greg was very knowledgeable and friendly. He addressed the problem on both the inside and outside of our home, as we had seen a few bees find their way inside our basement as well. Greg said the hive was most likely inside the channels of the cinderblock where the foundation meets the siding. He explained what would happen over the next 48 hours and that if we still saw bees the following Tuesday to give him a call and he would return and spray a 2nd time. We saw little action outside on the siding but were seeing more bees in the basement which usually lived only 10-15 minutes upon entering. Greg came back as promised, was punctual again, and sprayed a second time free of charge. We haven't had a problem since. I would definitely recommend calling Eco Sound Pest. Their prices are reasonable, they are reliable and they back up their work.

We moved about a year ago and found we had mice in the house. Living on the Wetlands we wanted to avoid harmful chemicals and Eco Sound fit the bill. Their quarterly maintenance has kept or issues to a minimum and we are very pleased with their service.

Greg was on time, fast and efficient. He explained everything and answered all my pest questions. I immediately hired him for a different problem with carpenter ants and he again showed his efficiency and expertise.

Greg and his team at Eco-Sound have helped us out again with our pest issues. While preparing for a weekend toddler birthday party, we found a beehive in our back yard last minute on Thursday night. I emailed Greg the next morning, and he was out the same morning to take care of the issue. When I came home in the afternoon, I notice the same hive was still there. It turned out we actually had 2 hives. Greg found and removed a different one earlier in the day. Knowing we had an event in the backyard, Greg came back the same afternoon and took care of everything. The toddler birthday party went very well the next day, and best of all no one got stung! It was great to have the peace of mind that no one was going to be in danger from the beehives. Greg and his team really went above and beyond to solve our issues.

Went through entire condo, inside and out and found areas where bugs and other mice were getting in. Made recommendations as to prevention, gave me the name of the product to seal up holes and then made recommendations as to what he would do where for what problem. Then performed the spray, install of boxes. He discussed when I would expect results, gave me his card and said that if I had additional problems to call him, they would come back at no cost! Truly a professional in both knowledge, courteous (one of the few the volunteered to take his shoes off!-light carpets)

Follow up took longer than expected but turned out ok.

I think they were very good. They supposedly were non-toxic.

Greg responded to emails promptly. He called to give us lead-time prior to arrival on the day of the visit (within the promised time window). He and Dennis were professional, friendly and informative. Greg explained what they identified, what they used and typical/expected results. He gave us advice on filling gaps where the ants were getting into the house and products to use. We were pleased with the results and will be signing up for quarterly services.

They were okay and nothing great about it. The guy showed up and did what he suppose to do.

I felt that Greg was very reasonable in price and highly knowledgeable about insects. He offered a plan to apply a treatment today and then wait to see how it would go within the next few weeks. We did not have to sign up for additional treatments in the future on this day. Its a process of evaluation, give treatment and wait and see how it works. Greg seemed to be honest and trustworthy. The price was very reasonable and I highly recommend this company to anyone.

Greg gave an honest evaluation of what he found. On two occasions had opportunity to try to bill more services but offered cost free solutions which home owner could do. Was offered, and accepted a quarterly preventive maintenance check and reloading of mice traps. Was quite responsive in coming out after the initial call.

It was very well. Greg is polite and very knowledgable. He let me know what I could expect and to give him a call if I heard anything suspicious beyond 2 weeks. We set up the quarterly program and am looking forward to a rodent free house! I highly recommended Greg. He is an upstanding guy.

it went great. Greg truly is deeply knowledgeable and thorough. He asked a lot of questions to help figure out what kind of moth it might be, explained to us the possibilities and carefully checked out the entire house for any evidence of problems. In the end, we are probably lucky and don't have a significant infestation, but I have no doubt that if we did, Greg would be able to fix it readily for us. He left some pheromone traps just to ensure there is no problem. He arrived promptly and did not waste any time getting to work. I only gave him a B on price because it seemed a little high for a short visit and three pheromone traps. That said, it's worth it to have a job well done.

Greg & Jay came to assess the primary issue of the Yellow Jacket nest and provide an exterior evaluation for insects & spiders. After discussing all of the issues they found, Greg explained to me what were the most important aspects to address. I agreed to a complete exterior, perimeter treatment for the insects & spiders, which Jay sprayed while Greg donned his bee suit to treat and remove the underground nest. After Greg sprayed the YJ nest, he dug it up and showed me the nest taking it apart layer by layer, hoping we'd see the queen. The final treatment was a white powder over the hole where the nest once existed. He explained YJ activity & habits, as well as how the treatment would effect those which were away from the nest, stating that in a matter of days my problem should be over. I subsequently had to call Greg two more times because I saw activity, although limited, near the original site. Jay came to address the issue both times. On the third & final visit, I requested that Jay come when I was at home so that I could discuss the issue with him. They were completely accommodating to my request. When Jay arrived, we discussed the previous visits and why the YJs were such persistent little buggers. He did a final treatment, which solve the problem. I paid Eco-Sound only once, which was for the initial visit. There was no charge for the subsequent visits. Although my issue was not solved with one visit, I am absolutely satisfied with my experience with Eco-Sound. Greg & Jay were thorough in their explanation of what insect activity I had, what needed to be treated and what did not need to be treated. They were also thorough in making sure my problem was solved. In addition, my parents contacted Eco-Sound for their exterior insect & spider issues with great satisfaction.

I spoke to Greg on Thursday about the issue we were having with Yellow jackets. He had someone come out the next day. The exterminator who came out was ready to go, had his bee suit ready to put on, explained what he was going to do and immediately went to work on the nest. He dug out what was a rather large nest and put down a powder to make sure any yellow jackets that came back would not survive. He completed the job fast, professionally, and in a safe manner. Their price was also extremely reasonable. I would not hesitate to have them out again if needed.
