Description of Work: Our first contact was in 2014.Eco-Sound promptly responded to a carpenter bee invasion which we had been attempting to deal with. Although they did not treat the situation, they did provide advice and despite our insistence declined to charge for the visit or advice which was invaluable. In June, 2015 we had new and different invasion and again we received a prompt response and knowledgeable advice. We also received recommendations and advice about additional non-urgent concerns we inquired about. It was at that point we asked paid for an (unrelated) treatment which was a total success. Thereafter we requested maintenance services which only recently commenced. It is a pleasure dealing with this firm. They are prompt, polite, professional, and knowledgeable.

They have a 3-month guarantee rather than a 6-month one because they use more natural, less toxic ingredients. I wanted the less toxic application. They had to come back and redo a part of the home because ants showed up there and they did it, extended the 3-month guarantee from the date of the second service. They gave the overall impression of a company that really cares about their customers and doing a great job.

+ 0 moreGreg and his colleague were very professional, thorough and a pleasure to work with. A plus, they were able to come the same day I called. First, they examined the exterior for access points, along the ground and climbing on the roof to inspect the chimney. They found a gap in the chimney mortar which they filled for me. They also pointed out some loose trim near a first floor window where pests could enter. Sadly, we weren't able to "save" the chipmunk, no sign of him after we left the live trap in the firebox overnight. They blew an acid mix into the fireplace to eliminate risk of odor and bugs from the decomposing. Greg said to just give him a call in the unlikely event a fly issue develops. I had a problem with flies a few weeks earlier and the company I dealt with was nowhere near as professional as Eco-Sound. I will definitely call them again if I have a problem with insects or other pests.
Description of Work: I had a chipmunk in the fireplace. They examined the house's exterior for possible access points, removed a bird's nest from the chimney cap, repaired a gap in the mortar, installed a live trap in the fireplace, and returned the next day to remove the trap and sanitize the fireplace to prevent issues with insects and odor.
