Description of Work: Greg (the owner) inspected my attic spaces for mice and any other critters that may have been living up there. It was determined that I had evidence of mice in my attic. Bait was put up in the attic to take care of the problem. | |Greg showed up right on time and was very professional. I also greatly appreciated the fact that he took off his shoes when he was walking around the inside of my house. | |I would definitely use Eco-Sound Pest Management again!

Description of Work: I live in Royal Oak with an ongoing problem with rats. Over the past ten years I have seen them when walking my dogs, and on one occasion about eight years ago I had a dead rat in my yard which my dogs allerted me to. The city came to claim their rat and gave warnings to my neighbors to clean up their yards. This past cold long winter I decided to feed the birds, the house next to me foreclosed, and they tore a house down across the street to build three more. The rats came with a vengeance. They ate through my garbage cans and pulled out garbage and took up residency under my enclosed front porch. I called Gregg when the rats were crawling in my tree next to my house and along the sill of my enclosed front porch at 6:00 in the evening. My husband freaked. I keep a clean house and yard and was very embarrassed over this situation. | |I called Gregg and he showed up on the day and time he said. He assured me he had plenty of experience with rats and my neighborhood. He assessed my yard and the neighbors too. He found the active nests and the old nests leading from my yard to my neighbors. He educated me on the life cycle of the rodents and did point out that we are all at the mercy of our neighbors too. | |Gregg set up the traps which are animal proof and showed me how they worked. He showed me the active nest, a crack in the cement of my enclosed front porch and explained how to fix it once the rodents had left. | |Gregg returned a week later to access the traps and my yard on time. I was a success. He did a through examination of my yard and my neighbors. He did find a nest at the foreclosure house next to mine which I need to make known to the realtor of the house. These houses are so close to each other that these rodents just move from one to another based on conditions and food supply. | |I have set up a three month plan with Eco-Sound Pest Management and Gregg and I have to call him before then if I see any activity. Don't hesitate to call this company, we need to protect our homes, families, and animals from these dirty rodents. it was worth every penny. | |

Description of Work: Completely satisfied with Eco Sound's service and responsiveness. |They came out to battle our moles and treated the backyard , similar to the previous year. (We had not put any grub killing pesticides out and this is why the moles came back to feast on our grubs.) The company performed the service in our absence while we were at work, trusting we would pay them timely. They also came back after two weeks as the first treatment was not 100% effective and retreated the whole area for free. |We are very satisfied with their excellent service.

Description of Work: As others described -- professional, helpful, efficient. Treated for carpenter bees and bees were dead within a week, so no need for repeast visit. Discussed ant problem, but agreed to wait to treat that since I was in middle of some renovation. Advice from Eco was to wait until that was complete since it could be contributing to the issue. Appreciate the conservative approach and recommendation, rather than just trying to charge me for another service that might not have been necessary.

Description of Work: Service was available within one day of calling. the person on the phone was the same person who did the examination , recommended and then applied the agreed upon solution. Everything was clearly explained beforehand. The job was done with no problems or "surprises". The workman was polite, clean and thorough. I would use this service again and have signed a contract for quarterly service. The service was to eliminate slab ants from the kitchen and sun-room. A thorough inspection of all the perimeter of the house, inside and out, was performed. Ant bait was placed in hidden areas inside and the outside foundation was sprayed at ground level. The outside spray will be repeated quarterly.
