These people are so great. They did my whole house a few years ago and I recently had do something else. They are top notch and very professional. They know what they are doing and their suggestions are spot on. Neil, Nancy and Ross I thank you!

Terrible products, even worse customer service. Replaced a motor once, product still doesn't work. The owner started screaming at me when I told him I was concerned that a second replacement motor would not work. SCREAMED at me. What good is a "lifetime warranty" if they have to keep coming back every few months to repair their terrible product? I would avoid them at all cost. They do not stand behind their products.

Budget Blinds of Birmingham did a top notch job! From understanding our needs during the estimate to a flawless installation, the entire team was great. In particular, Ross did an excellent job mounting the blinds and shutters. He was pleasant, very efficient and cleaned up extremely well. Pricing was also really competitive. We would definitely use them again.

Neil and Nancy are wonderful and helped me select a style that perfectly matched my home. Instillation was quick and seamless. Neil and Nancy are so easy to work with and professional. The plantation shutters are even better than expected and greatly enhanced the look of my home. I have recommended Neil and Nancy Disney of Budget Blinds of Birmingham with complete confidence many times over the years. Just recently one of my plantation shutters was not attaching magnetically at the top. It was hardly noticeable but I called Neil and Nancy and asked if it could be adjusted. They came within a few hours and fixed it in less than 5 minutes! Best customer service ever! You can not go wrong and I would 100% recommend!

Neil and Nancy Disney and son came to our house on their initial visit to share samples of shades available. They also spent nearly an hour helping us select the best color for the shades to compliment our decor. They individually measured all 21 windows in the living/dining rooms and kitchen areas. On their second visit, they hung the blinds with great care and precision. We love our blinds and the Disneys' work.

The team was fantastic - from helping me select the perfect treatments, to scheduling the quick and tidy installs. I couldn't have been happier.

Just great. Initial consultation was comprehensive and measurements are on file should we want to replace current window treatments. Installation was excellent. Neal was neat, efficient. The bath skylight was particularly challenging but we were more than pleased with the result.

It was excellent. They had good advice and we were very satisfied with the results. Also, in earlier years, they did excellent work for window treatments in our bedrooms.

The experience was very good. The sales rep was very helpful and pleasant. She showed up on time and easy to get a hold of. When they came to install the installer was very courtesy and clean and he too was there on time. Made sure to explain everything and that if I had any questions or concerns not to hesitate to call. I was very happy with the product and the installation. The price of the product was very reasonable as well.

Everything seemed to be fine and the blinds are still hanging. We had no major issues.

They did the window treatments on 2 of our town homes. We were pleased with the outcome. We actually just moved and we will be using them again.

There were a couple issues with the window treatments. They installed them on our entire house, but they took care of them right away.

The blind broke about 11 months after the installation. They did come and examine the blinds to determine what was wrong. They removed the blinds and sent it back to the manufacture and had it repaired. There was no charge for the repair, but they did charge me for the re-installation. I questioned why I had to pay another installation fee and they are very courteous service providers.

We chose them based on cost. They were on time, their install was quick, and they did a very good job.

The blinds are really stylish and not real expensive. They brought samples and gave me very good suggestions. I am very pleased with them.

Nancy, the designer, came over and showed me several fabrics. She left me with some samples so I could see how they worked in the day and night time. They installed everything in about 5 hours, it was a lot of work for the two guys who came over. When they were done, they took pictures of my cornice boards to show off for new customers. I am really happy with them and show them off for my friends at parties!

I have a stretch of windows 20-feet long made up of 9 abutting casement-type windows. Because of the length of the span, the windows are a major presence in the room and whatever fabric that would be used would dominate the decor of the room. Nancy (the agent) was endlessly patient with my lengthy decision-making process and cheerfully brought book after book of fabric samples to my home for me to look at. She and her husband, Neil (also an agent), showed up at my home at the times that they said they would, showed me many photos of the style options from which I could choose, took careful measurements and, when the blinds were completed, efficiently and quickly installed them. They were consistently friendly and easy to work with. I would certainly hire them again (they'd be first on my list) and I whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone who's in the market for custom window blinds.
